Some years ago I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. With my second visit to Helsinki I had no hesitation to book again, although this time just for one night. From the airport I took the train to Helsinki Central Station and from there tram 4. A journey which takes appr. 2 hours and the train ticket can also be used for connecting public transport. Before arrival I could already see, that as Lifetime Diamond I was upgraded to a King Suite with view. Check-in went smooth by a friendly young man who recognized my status. My Suite wasn’t ready yet at 13:30, but he took care by offering me a cup of coffee. He also contacted housekeeping and asked for a little speed. It was less than half hour waiting time before I got my room keys. The Suite was amazing, a very spacious room and large windows with a panoramic view over the beautiful lake and surroundings. Furthermore a comfortable sleeping area, nice sitting area, table and chairs, and to my surprise, a fireplace with enough logs and all other essentials to start a fire. On the table I found a Welcome card, a small bottle of red wine and chocolates, all highly appreciated. So, in the evening, after dinner, I lit the fireplace and drank a nice glass of red wine next to it, a wow experience. I had dinner in the restaurant, very pricey but I had a delicious 3-course fixed dinner from the menu. Service was good and attentive. The breakfast was also very nice with friendly staff. That morning I didn’t use the pool, because it had limited hours and for me it was too busy when it was open. But I made a nice walk before checking out and then took the tram back to the city center. Tram tickets are expensive if you buy them in the hotel (even more than the ticket from the long airport journey). This service has to be paid, but a short walk to a shop nearby, can save you money, especially if you are with a large group or need tickets for several trips. In all I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay and sure to be recommended, even for a city trip if you don’t mind the 20-30 minutes tram ride to the city center.

Amazing natural setting close to downtown. The view from the room was breathtaking and the wildlife was entertaining. My wife was thrilled by the abundance of wild strawberries on the grounds. Everything was wonderful.

This is a very nice hotel located in the nature just outside Helsinki by the water. Service is great and breakfast wonderful. Parking is available for free and the gym is good with sauna. We had a problem with noise from a party in a room close to us but after a call to the reception they immediately sent someone and fixed this issue. And in the morning they apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't try the restaurant as I went downtown to have dinner. I can really recommend this hotel and will come back.

This hotel is great and they have A restaurant with A view. Breakfast is very good. The number 4 tram will take you there in 20min from city centrum. This is A good thing as well as A bad thing as this is quite far from the city, however, trams run very frequently all day.

Very neat and clean. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly. I was very happy during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I would be happier if there would be some beauty parlor :) otherwise everything was super.
