I stayed at Hanasaari one day before they closed for 18 months for extensive renovations. This is a very nice hotel. Certain areas like the carpeting look worn but that does not at all affect the comfort or staying here. The room was nice size, the internet connection was good. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very...

I stayed at the Hanaasari hotel for one night on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. If you are not looking for a busy city center but need to relax and enjoy the silence of the nearby sea (the hotel and conference center are on a near island), this is your hotel. The rooms are spacious and have all...

This is the first time i have left a hotel and felt that i would like to stay longer because of the hotel itself. The first thing that struck me was that the room was just like the photos on the internet. Usually you get a lousier room than whats shown in the photos. The room vas spatious and had...

Good hotel for a weekend, where you can find bicycles for a trip around Espoo city. The location of the hotel is very quite. It's the park area surrounded with the sea. It's not far from Helsinki city and near the hotel there is a bus stop for local transport to get there.

Lovely hotel surrounded by the Baltic Sea. Lovely food and spectacular views of the water. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from Helsinki centre and a 2 mile walk from the water taxi that takes you round the islands. Rooms were clean and from your bed you can watch the sailing and other Watersports.

One island, one building. It is a nive feeling to realize that you are staying on an island so close to Helsinki. The hotel itself is good, typical Scandinavian 70's design with friendly people. I enjoyed the restaurant food which was quite expensive but really looked good and tasted well. Congratulations to the chef.

Recently stayed here for a two day business conference. It sits right on the side of the sea so there are nice areas to walk nearby and is convenient for Helsinki and Espoo The centre, as other reviewers have stated, is slightly dated by many current Nordic standards but nonetheless the centre is very well maintained and by many other...

The hotel has a nice location by the sea. The staff is friendly and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit basic. The rooms did not have a iron but there was an ironing floor (which, i later understood is the norm in Finland). Overall, it was a nice hotel.

There were many pleasant surprises during my stay. The place is quiet. Enjoyed good food at the restaurant, the quiet sauna and indoor pool area, and the art gallery of Tove Jansson. The walk around the hotel at the sea is very relaxing. However My single bed room was smaller than expected, and the toilet could have been more spacious....
