Centrally located, beautifully decorated with friendly, helpful and professional staff. The rooms were immaculate. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast is very good with a great selection. The Winter Garden is perfect to catch up on some work and have a glass of wine. Sauna is available. Very clean and with good "Löyly". Extremely well priced consider how tastefully decorated and lux the accommodation is. I highly recommend this Hotel if you ever find your self in Rovaniemi. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I will be back.
We have just returned from a truly unforgettable weekend in Lapland with the Kids. This was a truly magical experience and one that we will all treasure and remember for years to come The Arctic Light hotel is a real treasure, lovely rooms, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff and great food. Breakfast time you have a wonderful buffet selection and dinner in the evening was delicious. We finished each evening with a nice drink in the bar. The excursions booked through Safarica were amazing, reindeer and husky ride and a trip with the elves to the secret forest. I had the truly unpleasant Euro Disney Scam experience last Christmas (previously reviewed) and have to say what an incredible contrast. If you are looking for a truly magical experience that will never be forgotten then you really need to come here. My Children are 6 and 4 and to see there faces and how much fun they had was beautiful. …
Nice and clean place with interesting furniture and design. The hotel room was spacious and neat. Staff was friendly and available. The breakfast was great with many campelling food options. The place had a very interesting vibe to it. The location wasn’t that amazing and there were no watchworthy views. Altogether a very nice and interesting place.
We stayed here for one night in their basic room, but their cheapest basic room equals to a suite or atleast junior suite level of most other hotels in Finland! The lobby was very elegant and they really had payed attention to details in their interior design. The same thing applies to the room itself. 10/10 for the room decor and design! The room was very big too, with a real living room, work desk, huge closets, big bathroom, great samsung smart tv, probably 50-55 inch and a big double bed. The only downside was the pillows and duvets. Pillows were ballfiber, instead of microfibee which I would have expected from this level of a hotel. The duvet was heavy but not airy. Otherwise everything was absolutely fabrastic! Even the staff was one of the frinedliest and most elegabt ones I have met in the whole country. Yes this hotel is a bit on the pricier side but it was worth every penny!…
We stayed here 1 night in December and were very happy with everything. We booked directly through the hotel and found that every request (such as ensuring we had the polar bear image in our shower) was satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely (definitely a step up from other hotels we stayed at). The room (Magic Twin Room) was lovely and very comfortable. It might have been a bit of a squeeze if we stayed longer though.
