We stayed here for 3 nights in a family suite, expected to be freezing at night - underfloor heating was a lifesaver. The suite we occupied had dining table and chairs, fridge and microwave for our use. Also a huge drying closet for snow soaked clothes. Hotel was in excellent state extremely modern. All the staff were extremely pleasant and...

This resort is a very good option in my opinion for hosting. Rooms are big and clean, and they have everything: bathroom with a good shower, tv and even a table to eat or a micro. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful in every moment. In adittion to everything this, you must know that this resort is also a...

we used it for 1 night stop when visiting Santa's village - the room is spacious but rather modest. there is a kitchenette on every floor - with fridges, dishes and teapots - was easy to have a bite before going to bed. there was a snow labyrinth for children -we liked it. parking is free

The location of the hotel is great, it's very close by the main city centre. The hotel is very big and has lots of activities in inside the hotel itself life spa, sauna, bowling, fitness centre & activities, Resturant etc. The room is very basic and gives more of a hostel feel than hotel. But that's what makes it affordable....

We stayed in one of the cabins with 4 adults and 3 kids ages 3, 4, and 7. It was a great place. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, a heating cabinet to dry out wet scarves, gloves, and such. Some rooms had heated floors and water was hot. The staff were helpful and taxi's were easy...

We stayed during the busiest time of the year....Christmas Eve and Christmas. The room was warm and the location was near the city center where we could drive. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. There were things to do like bowling and a place to get snacks. Although I booked in May, we ended up in a...

We had breakfast included with our booking and it was great! There was a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Our room was in a separate building, which we liked because it was quiet and also we got some air walking into the main building. The rooms were quite basic (no kettle, coffee, etc), but it is...

What a brilliant concept. Ideally situated within easy walking distance from the town and easy access to the top of the hill and the Sky Hotel for a late drink, views and if you're lucky the northern lights (we were). Hearty buffet breakfast and a good café. Although we did think the restaurant where breakfast was served rather pointless, soulless...

We stayed in a family room for 5 at this hotel. The amenities were excellent with heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness centre and indoor athletic centre, 10 pin bowling. Located about 20 minutes walk out of town would be the only drawback, however we enjoyed the walk, and sometimes caught a taxi. It's a short walk up the road also...

“It is a good idea to pay a little extra to stay within the same building as the spa and breakfast restaurant - on a bitterly cold day it would not be so great to go out each time when you want to go for coffee or for a swim. The 'Kammi' building is cheaper but you have to go out to get to the spa..”
