I see there are some negative reviews - I was there at the same time as some of these people (some who have commented weren't!!). I have to agree that some of the children and families had absolutely appalling behaviour!!! They drove you crazy! We had no carol singing or games on the flight out - very disappointing for the...

I'm typing this whilst on our 3rd day of this magical Christmas. We booked via Thomson and are staying 24th - 29th December. We booked about 8 weeks ago and for 3 adults and 3 children it cost 3k half board which was less than half price so we were thrilled. Do not pay full price as if we had...

We stayed here for 3 nights, this included a family wedding. On arrival at airport there were plenty of reps who seemed well organised. We had mince pie bus and our own elf , northern star who was finnish and very knowledgable about the area. Before you get to hotel you go to a warehouse to be kitted out with...

This hotel was booked through Thomson and is also known as Winter Wonderland Hotel. It was a great hotel - even though we only had a standard room (there were log cabins at this hotel) the room was great, spacious and was everything we needed. We visited just before Christmas and so the snow was blanketed everywhere - be aware...

We stayed at this hotel and got married here. It was absolutely perfect, the staff are brilliant and we had the best day of our lives. Our wedding elf Cloudberry was amazing throughout our day and we would recommend this experience to anyone. The room was lovely and the scenery was truly breathtaking. Lapland safaris who organised the wedding and...

First of all, there are a couple of recent reviews that are extremely rude, snobby and inaccurate. Try it and make your own mind up! We have just stayed for three nights, 21st December, returning Christmas Eve: my husband, myself and my six year old, flying with Thomson. An early start, flying at 6.00am but the children were given Lapland...

Just arrived home today, Christmas Eve. Before booking this trip I did my research which helped. My husband and I took our 5 year old son. The location is amazing it is so beautiful in the middle of a forest. We booked a log cabin and it was perfect. It exceeded expectations. They all face the frozen lake and you...

HOTEL - The hotel is in a magical setting in the middle of nowhere and set beside a frozen lake in the middle of a forest. I stayed here on the recommendation of 2 colleagues. I would recommed for my family and friends to stay here and I would definately stay here again. The staff were extremely hard working, polite...

This trip was the most magical and amazing experience, a Christmas we wont forget for a long time!! We went 7th Dec for 3 nights as a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, aged 10 and two 4 year olds. Once you arrive you are met by Thomson reps in the airport who direct you to your coach...

The most magical experience of our lives! Went the second week of Dec with my two boys - 6 & 7. Have to say it was unbelievable. We climbed the mountain at the side of the hotel and it was as if we had stepped into Narnia. Once you arrive you are met by Thomson reps in the airport who,...
