Loved the location, the views, the animals, and the proximity to the most beautiful beach. Swam with turtles everyday. We had the best vacation and Jason was a great host. Already thinking about going back!

Property's Favorite Review
My friends and I had an amazing first stay at the campground! I quickly fell in love with the beauty of the island and the hospitality our our hosts Dick and Dawn as well as our fellow campers. Some things to note: everything is pretty walkable on the island but there are some hills. We rented a golf cart for one day which perfect for us. We brought groceries for breakfast every day but would recommend bringing groceries as the food on island is limited. Other campers bright frozen food from home which was a great idea as the groceries on St Thomas are more expensive and more limited than the states. It’s also just fun to relax back in the lovely common areas after a day at the beach! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to return! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The location is like none other! The views are breath taking and the grounds itself are beautiful. We loved all the wildlife!! Jason was gracious and accommodating, and the rum punch welcome was *chef's kiss*! There were far more amenities than expected. From our own shelf and fridge section in the common area (filtered water, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils provided), the bbq, coffee maker, bathroom, showers, even our cottage had a ceiling fan and an additional standing fan which made for a comfortable nights sleep. Charging stations, our own porch, beach towels I mean the list goes on and on. Might I add that everything is also EMACULATE! The upkeep was amazing. Everything was so clean and tidy daily and they're always keeping the environment, resources, and preservation in mind. A HUGE thank you to VICG. We'll definitely be back!

It was our second time staying at the campgrounds it was a relaxing stay. It is under new management and Jason was a great host. Look forward to going again. The view from our porch gave us a good view of the ocean and we could hear it at night. We were able to reach Honeymoon Bay by a short eight minute walk from the camp. The campgrounds had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful time at the campgrounds and Water Island. Jason was a great host and I can not recommend staying here enough. There are so many animals right out your door; lizards, tortoises, crabs, birds, etc. We also loved Honeymoon beach. It’s got soft white sand, really clear water, and is great to snorkel for turtles. Sunsets at the beach and especially the old fort, with 360 degree views, were the best on our VI trip. This ended up being our favorite stop for our VI family trip.

We always enjoy our stay here. The view and relaxation can't be beat. Water Island and the campgrounds are an unique experience unlike anything else in the USVI. You truly feel away from the hustle and stress of everyday life. Jason, the new owner/ operator was so accommodating.

Awesome time, it all starts when you arrive at Phillips Landing and Jason Reynolds, the owner of VI. Campground picks you up. His friendliness and reassurance of the best time starts right there. Then at home his wife greats you like if you were an old friend back home. The bungalows are sparkling clean, the beds are cloud comfort. Towel and the best of all is the cross ventilation during your peaceful and laid-back days and nights. The daily ocean front view is sometimes else. It was my second time at my favorite island and I am coming back. Best vacations in a long time.

The Virgin Islands camp ground was the perfect place for me and my 5 girl friends to celebrate my 40th. Jason is a wonderful host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. I can't tell you how perfect this place is. It felt like he was opening up his private home to us. If you have a bad time here then you must just be a jerk, hate nature and despise gorgeous sunrises, cats and turtles.
