If you are in Hetta and going for example to hike the Hetta-Pallas paths, I warmly recommend you to go eat first at Hotel Jussan Tupa's restaurant. Very friendly staff, almost fine dining food with reasonable price. Or why not after hike, your choice ;)
Nice big, but quiet hotel, friendly staff, lots of free onsite parking. Really nice bed. Just across the road is a supermarket, next door is a fast food/ burger outlet. The hotels breakfast choice is a bit limited, that’s really the only thing that let this place down; I would however stay there again.
Right across the local supermarket, you Will find this hotel/restaurant. They serve lunch buffet and a la carte dinner. All tastes pretty good (try the salmon). As with most finish food, you will find that there is not a lot of vegitables. There is just 1 dessert of the day.
I stayed here with work and was really impressed. The hotel was quirky and traditional - my room was facing the back and had amazing views. There is a supermarket straight opposite the hotel and a cash machine. The closest santa village was only a few kilometres away and was fantastic. Would highly recommend the hotel. Only downside was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for one night in our way to the North Cape and we were very happy with our stay. The location: We stayed here on our way up north, so I'm not sure what activities are available in the area. We were very happy with the location, as the hotel is directly on the street and easy to find. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy right across from the hotel. The room: The room was absolutely standard and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. I'm not sure but the bathroom floor may actually have been heated, at least my feet always felt very warm. The staff and food: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very happy with the food. They have a surprisingly large selection of food, including pizza, salads and local specialties, all for a very reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is also standard with bread, cereal and some hot food. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Around 11 pm, the smoke detectors in our room started beeping (low batteries; actually I found it reassuring to know they are working), and I went to the front desk to ask for assistance. Within minutes, the front desk employee and a handyman came to our room, apologized and changed the batteries. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel in all aspects. We stayed at a couple of different hotels during our Finland trip and this was definitely one of the nicer ones.…
