Super friendly staff. Let us check in 1 hour early, which was welcomed after 2 days out hiking. My son and I shared a single room, with a double bed which was plenty big enough. The room was standard and clean, with a two person sofa. Cleaning service is by request only, but for a small group a night, or 2 stay this shouldn't be a problem. There is an indoor pool which is a really good temperature - luke warm & not freezing. There is also a sauna and a gym in the same area. Towels and hand towels can be found here if you're in need of more. The breakfast buffet was a standard European buffet, but was very fresh and delicious, with a nice selection of meats, fruits, cheeses and main courses like pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc. My son ate 3 pancakes. You need to reserve a time when checking in but the satff was very clear about doing this and getting us a time. The hotel has a restaurant, which costs what hotel restaurants typically cost, but we did not eat there becasue the hotel is located in the center of Gothenburg and there are boundless options, depending on your culinary tastes. The downstairs pub/serving area does last call around 10pm and staff was available at the counter when we went in for the night. The location of the hotel makes it ideal for anyone and the indoor pool is a real plus for families, especially with small children. I would recommend this hotel and I will gladly stay there the next time we are in the city for a night.

The hotel has a great breakfast, the variation of food are small but with a good quality, they could have better options of juice, a very friendly staff, it's a place for family with kids, you should avoid if you want a place to rest. It's extremely close to the train central station.

Good hotel with small but sufficient size rooms. For singles or a business trip this hotel is very good. For family of 3 where the room has an extra bed 20 m2 becomes a little tight. Overall good experience.

The hotel was very well located but the rooms were unfortunately older and far too small for a family. It felt outdated and not at all worth the price you paid. Unfortunately, the cleaning was non-existent though we asked for it specifically. There was a crumbled biscuit in the hallway that led to our room (lots of room in that hallway) for three days that had still not been cleaned away when we checked out. However, the staff were super nice, especially Simon at the front desk and the breakfast was good and fresh.

The staff was friendly once I finally reached the check-in counter... Checking in Friday afternoon was a nightmare and the lobby was very crowded. The room itself was ok but the bath had lots if dirt in it and claening honestly felt quite moderate. The common areas, especially the elevators had cigarett buds in them almost all the time. Also there was a big comotion on the hallway during the night between Friday and Saturday and I think this can be excpcted so If you're looking for a good nights sleep this is not the place to go. The breakfast service and hostess was great and it felt very safe. The pool-area is really nice and the kids loved the pool but all in all I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
