Great location, very professional front desk - but housekeeping is poorly managed: i found garbage from a previous room guest In a wardrobe; the shower gel dispenser wasn’t working, the floor light bulb was not working and was covered with a thick layer of dust, no ‘do not disturb’ sign, the housekeeper took away my second room key, and the room cutlery was dirty. As to our F&B experience = variable = either very good or simply inattentive. The famous ‘meatball’ dish was just horrible: obviously not fresh, rubbery, with a black surface = inedible - I get better quality at any internationally located Ikea restaurant

Hotel's Favorite
This hotel is the absolute best Elite hotel in Gothenburg. The service is alway 1st class with quick check in and quick check out. The breakfast is great and with an easy buffet to pick food from without to many people in the same spot. If you are an executive member they also has a breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor. All the rooms I have had has had great AC even on warm day. Can really recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for a weekend stay. Nice rooms, perfect service and large breakfast buffet. Close to theatre, culture events, shopping and the fun park Liseberg is located a short distance from the hotel.

When in Gothenburg Park Avenue is a good choice. The perfect location for almost any activity. Very affordable, entertaining breakfast, bar piano and great service. All over. For example, if you have checked out or are about to check in you will find the lobby is your living room. Check out the rest rooms. Wow!

A lovely, very personal and elegant (Sixties/Seventies-Style) hotel in a very central yet cosy location. Ask them for a quiet room (as some rooms above their excellent bar might be too “entertaining” for some). Our room was quiet, spacious by Scandinavian standards, very clean, and furnished with taste, with a nice little balcony - we regularly enjoyed our city view with a glass of champagne (fridge in the room). Front-Office really must be called Reception here as everybody was very welcoming, friendly and helpful at any time. We’ll be back.

Lovely big room all that you need for a great stay, In the center of town. Good Breakfast. I did however feel they could do with better lights it was pretty dim in the restaurant. This is not a new hotel and has a old world charm about it but it did tick all the boxes. We stayed with a tour group .

The location is good, but the hotel standard is poor, worn and old. Low standard of cleaning. Poorly educated staff. If you look for a hostel with good location this could work. If you need a hotel, reasonably good, clean, you should look elsewhere.

The hotel I not the newest but the room is very good: clean, bright and large. The staff is really helpful and very kind. Breakfast is god, but not excellent. There is a good offer of gluten and lactose free products. According to me the basic offer could be larger. A special not for the bar and the barkeeper, really passionate with his job and certainly very able to prepare good cocktails, first of all Negroni.

Friendly check in by Emma. Pleasant room on the 5th floor with a small balcony. You need to request housekeeping. The bathroom is small but functional, decent shower pressure. Comfortable bed and very quiet room given the central location. Breakfast was good and well managed. Hotel seems to be used by tour groups. Very convenient location and handy for the airport bus. Complimentary coffee and water available in reception. Would stay here again

We loved this hotel. It was expensive but we enjoyed it so much. The staff were excellent - Askim, Sara, Carl & Mimi (not sure of the spelling sorry). The breakfasts were delicious and there was a huge variety to choose from. The location was so central. We enjoyed the sauna too. There was a mini bar and fridge, kettle and air con. The rooms were not that big but the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely return and bring friends. Thank you!
