At times we need a break from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. I highly recommend Kamalaya for those that want to recharge, be pampered and still eat delicious foods. I got the Seaview Suite (Hillview rooms a bit dark and sad). Eat...More
We visited with my wife for a week long detox program. The program itself was great. The extra massages we took were extremely good. Chinese medicine doctor was very interesting. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The only negative aspect is the room we...More
Undoubtedly magical place to heal your mind and energise your body. Almost everthing is perfect here; view, food, service, hospitality, classes. I stayed there for 4 days only but wish could have stayed more. Surely planning in 2019 again.

I've been in August on one visit and late Sept on another. It's been warm enough to spend time lazing around the pool or on the private beach but you also get some tropical rain storms which generally don't last too long. It can get humid but not uncomfortable, unless you really feel the heat! There are plenty of places to relax and cool off around the resort.
I didn't leave the resort, I find if you immerse yourself in the wonderful benefits that Kamalaya offers there is no need to leave, but also depends how long you are staying.
