Splendid location, bungalow is right on the gorgeous beach. Bungalows are very clean with working fan and a nice porch. The beach is stunning but it would be nice to perhaps have some loungers provided as otherwise you’ve got to sit on the sand or nearby benches. Great food, you get a choice of fish, octopus or chicken. I went 2x with octopus, huge portions and delicious. Staff speak English. You can get alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks on site and also they will organise a boat to Rolas Island. Book directly to get half board as it’s much cheaper than hotel comparison websites

A totally overrated place, the service was mediocre at best, we were totally ignored when we sat down in the restaurant to have lunch. The dinner buffé was also mediocre, so was the breakfast. I have no idea why people give this place such good reviews. The rooms were ok at tops. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The resort is on a beautiful beach and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The hut we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety. We also enjoyed a trip to Ilhéu das Rolas. The WiFi connection wasn't working during our stay and we had no phone connection in order to make our bank transfer. On our last night after still not receiving WiFi and therefore still not being unable to make the payment, we explained that we would have to make the payment as soon as we arrived in our next accommodation and had WiFi on Príncipe island. To ensure our trust we also left them our credit card details, photocopies of our passports etc (even though they had all of our credit card details from Booking.com). We woke up early to catch our flight to Príncipe and left ourselves enough time for the journey. To our surprise a member of staff was waiting by our car at 5am announcing that he had to escort us to the managers office in the city to discuss the payment. If we had known about this meeting the night before we could have woken up earlier to have allowed time for it. We were now feeling anxious for time and very unnerved by the way we were being treated. The member of staff escorted us for 2 hours to the office. On arrival we were astounded to find out that the manager had called a police officer to attend the meeting, who stood swinging his handcuffs. They confiscated our laptop and ID and we left the office ensuring that we would make the transfer whilst on Príncipe. We then had to go back to the office to collect our belongings on our return. It was a shame to have ended our stay like this and we tried everything to show our honestly and good will but even still we were treated like criminals and this wasn't pleasant.

Lunch was just ok and fast. Only two options, fish or chicken. Also trip to the Rolas island arranged without problems. Trip to Rolas is also fast and we had time in Rolas about 1.5 hours. Enought to see equator :) ps. road to the hotel is terrible.

This is a lovely relaxing place to stay, set alongside a golden sandy beach. The individual chalets are comfortable and the terrace bar and restaurant a lovely place to spend a few hours. Food in the restaurant was very nice, and service good. Very enjoyable.
