It was a good place but its to far away from the centre of town. The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, although the beds were very nice. Was okay to stay there for a night, wouldn't want to stay there for a week though. I believe although the rooms are nice, they should upgrade their canteen and make... More

If you are traveling with the a family of 4 this is a good place, not expensive but worth your money. It is clean and they have comfortable beds. The breakfast is yummy! The location is not bad at all.

We booked a family room for 4 people and were originally worried that the size and accessibility would not be able to accommodate all 4 people. However, when we got to our room, we were able to fit 5 people with ease under our last minute circumstances. Room service was rather vague but room was very simplistic and useful.

Got upgraded from the budget rooms in the basement. Budget rooms are stuffy with no ventilation. Got a nice room on the third floor with big windows and nice bed. Good shower. Jice bed. Got compensation refund for bad budget room. In all feel much better.

I spent last 3 nights (2.-5.7.2016) in this hotel and I was surprised, how cozy, professional and full-featured the hotel is. For a great price. I was staying alone, so I needed hotel close to the center, for a reasonable price. This one I found on booking.com and I booked room without a window, which had great price in comparison... More

Booked a family room because I couldn't bare the thought of a room with no windows. Nice and spacious and clean Beds were very comfortable. Basic extras in room. No iron and no phone bit I'm sure you can request an iron. Didn't need either myself. Only negative is that the cafe downstairs wasn't open at lunch time so nowhere... More

We stayed in the windowless basement rooms with attached bathrooms for one night.. These rooms are very small but are adequate for one or two nights when u know u r going to spend the entire day sightseeing and only use the room for sleeping. Stockholm hotels can get very expensive so for the price we paid, we were satisfied... More

Ok. Keep in mind that I ordered that room, at that hotel beacause it was not very expensive and it did have a privat bathroom. The room is in the basement amongst loads if orher rooms. Me and my wife were three nights at the hotel. Are you ready? Pros: Close to the Metro system (Tunnelbana), the City bus and... More

PROS: The hotel is only 1 block away from Fridhemsplan metro stop. The rooms and common areas are clean. There are plenty of room to store your luggage at the front desk. The staff is professional and friendly. CONS: The room is very small (barely any space for luggage). There's no fridge or closet in the room. The divider in... More

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighborhood Profile
Kungsholmen
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
