Stayed in this hotel for five days. We booked a superior double with a bath (Room 440) and it was exactly what we wanted - very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, although it does get busier during the weekend. Loved the location, 2 mins from central station and so close to the shops and restaurants. Massive thank you to the staff for making our stay extra fantastic. They delivered a parcel we had ordered to our room and allowed us to have a free late check-out.
We stayed in Stockholm for two nights after a cruise ship vacation. We were able to do a very early check in for a reasonable charge, enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet, and sleep very well each night. It is close to shopping, central station and old town. Would stay here again.
Main reason for staying here is the location, it is a very short walk from the Arlanda Express terminal (train from Stockholm's main airprort. Our room was recently renovated and a reasonable size. Light fittings were a little eccentric and room not very bright. This is quite a big hotel but teh reception is very small and the hotel bar is actually an Italian restaurant. The breakfast booking was OK, but I would say with a rather limited selection compared to other hotels in the region. No pancakes or waffles for example. Breakfast area seems very small for hotel's size and was very busy, however we always managed to find somewhere to sit and staff kept it stocked.
despite 4 stars and a fancy name, the best with the hotel are its location and the great breakfast ; check-in took ages, the staff just disappeared and left me standing for about 15 minutes - obviously they had some issues with the booking system, but an explanation would have been appreciated ; some words about the rooms: cleaning is done very superficial - there were small pieces of paper from the previous guest on the floor (and they stayed there for all my stay as well) ; the room was cold, the bathroom even colder (no heating possible there at all) ; on the weekend the hotel is so crowded with tourists, so that they try to assign breakfast slots, whereas during weekdays breakfast can be enjoyed almost in solitude
An Hotel close to old town, museums, restaurants and stores in about 10/20’minutes by walk. In front of central station. All the employees of the hotel kind and gentle. And slept wonderful. Only just a little cold
We stayed in August during an unprecedented hot August! We arrived early and stay advised not an issue and placed us into a room, unfortunately it was a room that was out of commission for one reason or another. Even though we arrived early they immediately upgraded us into a superior room, which had air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very quiet and very central Would definitely return!
Superbly placed ; 400-500 meters from the airport buses or the Arlanda Express. Short walking distances to the center of the city. Nice rooms Very good breakfast Nice staff Luggage room if needed after check-out but before leaving the city. We will come back
Quite small rooms, but worked well for a weekend. All right with a window facing the backyard - stylish and quiet. Good breakfast, but a bit crowded at peak hours. Very friendly and welcoming staff in reception.
I got a small, single room facing the busy main road. The room itself was quite OK, but a big drawback was that the room temperature could not be controlled and having the window open let in very much noise. A couple of minor annoyances; only two clothes hangers and not possible to get a cappuccino for breakfast.
Generally good place to stay. Close to everything. Clean toilet. Breakfast is good with heaps to choose from.my Room phone doesnt work. One Window cant be closed completely. Staff aware, no action done. Generally ok .
