Arrived at 1 am on Monday, had a booking for six nights on my name. The receptionist could not swipe my credit card, he did not try to use the card number. I had cash for one night, still I was sent back to the street in freezing cold at 1:45 am. I just never had this kind of customer...

The Alexandra Hotel is not bad actually. It is well situated near two metro and train stations and appropriate to discover Stockholm, if your budget is not too big. The breakfast is for 5€ a real bargain and quite rich. But the rooms are tiny little cells without a window and the "bathrooms" are rather one and a half squaremeter...

I had few days holiday, so I visited Stockholm, and needed a place to stay, which isn't expensive and has a good location. This hotel is perfect for these conditions. The room is cozy, but for a single man enough. My only problem was with the room, that is cold, the bathroom even colder. Doesn't matter how I set the...

Have stayed here before years back so I knew what I was getting. Good price and basic lodging in Sodermalm. Nothing fancy. Quiet area not far off the main street. Across from grocery store. Friendly staff.

Not sure how this hotel got 3-star rating, but it's rather poor. Rooms are simple, there are basically no other facilities, breakfast was very basic (they wouldn't even make you scrambled eggs), internet on our room was basically non-existent. However, if all you need is a place to sleep, room was clean, bed was OK, and the location was right...

good location, close to main streets. easy walk to down town too (20 minutes). Only downfall is no lift. You will have to carry bags up a spiral staircase which is a bummer and then we had to go up an additional flight of stairs. So if you pack heavy and have big bags, beware request ground floor. Other than...

Nice hotel near Södermalms restaurants, pubs and shops. Also subway station less than 10 minutes walk away. Friendly staff. You can add breakfast to your room bill if needed. Our room was for 3 person so we had plenty of space.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I got the cheapest room I could find so I can't say that I expected much, which was good. During the evening I wen't out to see a friend who happened to be in town. When it was time to go get back to the hotel, my friend asked if he could...

I'd stayed here recently and it was fine. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Every body on here is running the place down but it is great value for money and fantastic location. only about 5 minute walk to the underground station. -When you book your room you have to select if you want windows or not....

As more hotels in Sweden, this hotel doesn't have any windows in the rooms. One should at least expect some kind of airconditioning or ventilation in the room. However none of that. This makes the room exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. During our stay the Wifi, which is good if it works, did not work several times. I have to say,...
