My wife and I stayed for four nights here in our motor home. As we though it might be busy we booked two days previously by email (very fast reply) whilst at another campsite, which was fortunate as there were problems for people arriving with no booking. Friendly reception with English spoken. This is a large campsite but is very well set out with motorhomes parked on hard standing with grass in between, and plenty of room for awnings, chairs, etc. The electric is 2-pin and is reverse polarity. There are a number of facility blocks, some better than others. The toilets are situated outside although there is one toilet situated with in the blocks. In one of the blocks the showers are very small, but in another more room. Each toilet does have its own little washbasin with soap dispensers. There is a very good on-site Thai restaurant. There is a short walk to a beach. There is also a train station about 0.6 miles away with trains going into Stockholm every few minutes. Tickets can be bought at the station, 43K each way or 31K concession (65 or over). Overall, would certainly recommend the campsite, as it is very convenient for Stockholm.…

Campsite in the green with bathing possibilities but near to commute transport. Facilities may be old, but are very clean. Watch to make a reservation at time, it can be crowdy. Very nice and friendly service. Thank you!

Great for sleepover. The staff is very friendly This camping is easy to find and is fairly near to Stockholm centre. Most guest are short term to sightsee Stockholm. The beach is 500m away. There is a thai restaurant with take away option on the ground. The toilets and showers are clean and the price is moderate.

We stayed in this campsite for 3 nights. We had emailed ahead to book before we left home as we know that city campsites can get booked up. In the end, we arrived a day early. We had contacted them to say this in advance - they did ask us to ring, but we didn't quite manage to do that. We turned up anyway and they fitted us in. The pitches are always tighter on a city campsite, but there was adequate room. The toilets and shower block was opposite us and were fine. There was a lake a short walk away, where you could swim and also woods to walk in. There were 2 supermarkets about 10 minutes walk away. This was also where the train was to catch into central Stockholm. We bough a Travel Card each for 12 euros, which you can use on buses, trains, trams and boats, so good value.…

The campsite is located 5 min walk next to a train station and it takes about 18 min to Stockholm City Center. The staff is very polite and helpful. The wifi connection is only good if you are near the reception, but it was totally okay. At the campsite are a small restaurant which we didn't attend and a store where you can buy stuff which you need for camping and bread/buns for breakfast. Our pitch was large enough for our T4 and we had electricity. Everybody was quiet after 10/11 pm so we could sleep well. We had the toilets and showers right across the path. They were clean and you can use your hair dryer inside the bath. In the lady's bathroom are 3 separate shower cabins. The toilets were clean too but didn't had towels and soap but we brought it by ourselves. Altogether we can highly recommend the campsite and Stockholm is a beautiful city!!…

Positivt: Butikk, restaurant, kort veg til metro/t-bane som tar deg til sentrum av Stockholm på 20min, samt andre butikker, samt gatekjøkken osv. Campingen er stor og oversiktlig, stille og rolig på kveldene. Hyggelige folk som jobber her også. Masse fint uteområde, kort vei til strand. Kjempefint for deg/dere som har med hund, egen hundeluftegård utenfor campingområdet😊 Negativt: Sanitær rommene er slitte, og skitten. Toalettene har kun kaldt vann, ikke såpe eller tørkepapir (men du har vel med deg våtservietter og antibak på camping?;-)) Litt rotete ang plassering av bobiler, vogner og telt. Men plass finner man 👌🏼 Good: Shop, restaurant, short road to metro / subway which takes you to the center of Stockholm at 20min, as well as other shops, street fast food etc. The campsite is big and tidy, Nice and quiet in the evenings. Nice people who work here too. Lots of nice outdoor area, short road to beach. Terrific for you who have a dog, own area to walk your dog outside the camping area Cons: The toilets and bathrooms are worn and dirty. The toilets have only cold water, no soap or paper towels (but you have wet wipes and antibacteriagel When you Go camping? ;-)) A little messy about the location of campers, Caravansenteret and tents. Busy place but very clean and accommodating. We've two small tents and a car so fitted in easily. Not too expensive either. 10 minutes walk to the subway then 20 minutes into the city. Take time to explore. There's an illuminated nature trail and forest paths for biking, running or just walking next to the site. But the high spot for us was swimming in the lake. Walk past the playground and keep right for 2 maybe 3k (15 mins?) You'll find a beach, outdoor gym and diving pontoon. I didn't want to leave. But I'll be back. Huge lake all to ourselves. It doesn't get any better.

No Wifi if you are not near the reception. The pitches are small for a caravan with a "fortelt". Only two private shower cabins for the camping, the other showers are not private. Saunas, kitchen, washing machines and dryers are all available. A Thai restaurant on site, plus a small shop which is well stocked. No swimming pool, but a beach nearby, around 700 meters down a slope, with a quay where you can take a boat to Stockholm in the summer. The T-Bane or train to Stockholm is about also a 700 meters' walk. There is a small shopping center there. A bigger one is about a 10-minute drive from the camping where you have all the major stores.

Super site, free sauna (male and female separate) & kitchen facilities. Showers were always hot and the one's by our campervan had underfloor heating! Only down side was one of the ovens was broken in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night July-15. Well maintained area with shop and a restaurant. During our stay the site was full and spaces tight. Toilets and showers well cleaned, check in & out smooth, prices good. Shops available within one km outside. Will use this camping area again.
