Stockholm's Grand Hotel is one of those places that leave a lasting impression well after your stay has finished. Everything from the moment you step in is perfect. Warm and helpful staff, knowledgeable concierge who go out of their way to help you plan your day and brighten up your stay. The restaurants - Verandan, Cadierbar and Matbaren are excellent... More

Have been staying at the Grand for nearly 30 years, and it just gets better and better. Rooms are beautifully furnished, common parts are constantly being upgraded, and the food is of a very high quality. Most particularly, the service is always friendly as well as professional. Highly recommended!

The hotel is of very high class. Located ideally in the historical centre of Stockholm. Staff is very polite and does everything to help you and make you feel comfortable. Some of the men among the staff has a real vikings look :) Rooms are very luxurious as well as the whole hotel. The spa centre is also really nice.

We spent a very nice 2 nights stay at the centrally located historical hotel. The spa is really nice but quite busy sometimes as they allow outside members. They should inform the in house clients of this situation. Very clean property. We recommend it. The buffet breakfast is also fresh and wide.

Booked the hotel a month in advance, room with front view, prepaid and looking forward to a nice weekend with my wife after a working Friday in Stockholm. Checking in Friday afternoon and asking for a reservation for Dinner Saturday night. All three restaurants fully booked!!! No tables for House Guests. We were advised to sign up for a waiting... How can a good hotell drop in service sooo quick? It was terrible. The management was rude when pointing out a few things. I mean its supposed to be 5 star. Room not clean and the prices are ridiculus compared to what you get

As a member of the LHW chain, Grand Hotel stands out as the best hotel around in Stockholm. The in-house restaurants are top class (even has Michelin stars), and the Spa is an absolute must visit if you are in residence. A true Oasis. It doesn't come cheap though, but if you plan well in advance, reasonable deals are available.

Dear Frank R Thank you for posting such a great view we are thankful that you took the time. The award winning spa is great and we would warmly recommend booking a treatment in advance as weekends tend to be fully booked. Warm regards Dean More

Me and my wife went here for a romantic weekend only to have our holidays completely ruined. We were treated as we were unwanted, there were fake fingernails (!) left behind in the bed from previous tenants. We are not coming back.

From the moment you pull up, you are in for a decadent stay. The history of the hotel is just incredible and every where you look you can see the attention to detail. I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world, but when I entered my room at The Grand, I gasped as it was that beautiful.... More

The hotel has been in a shi. storm due to left Swedish wing so called correctness, and got bad reviews to damage the hotel. (I am really sorry that Sweden has changed in such direction) Therefore I want to give you my full support. I have during the last 40 years when the opportunity was there stayed the Grand, always...
