I have booked this hotel with my friend a few days ago due to great location and good price. It is located just near to central train station and 15 min walking distance to old city and city hall. It is 3 blocks away to shopping centers. Due to complex roads near to central station it might be lost in...

I really liked the location of the hotel adjecent to the central staion. We were received by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were fine, but way too small and missing a view. I found it to be a real downer to stay for two nights in a nicely decorated but cramped "cave" without fresh air and natural light. Despite...

Nice to hear you experienced good service and excellent breakfast. Yeh, we have some (read a few rooms) without windows for you to choose when making a reservation. We do apologize for the air - it should of course be perfect. Hope to see you in Stockholm again, Jessica & Team

Staying at Comfort hotel right now, and very happy with it. Would recommend, but they don't seem to need it - full-booked most of the time. Very positive attitude from the staff; had helped me when WI-FI failed, promised to print the boarding pass, too. The personnel is there when you need them, but do not impose their services on...

I just stayed for one night and would stay any longer. The room is as wide as a bed is long so I'd guess about 8-10m². Without having a window it felt like sleeping in jail. I had hair in my bed an in the toilet and the bed was not realy comfortable to sleep in. Big value add -...

You are absolutely right, our rooms are small as a Compact Living Style hotel. BUT you should of course have a clean bed! We do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you tell us at once, so we have can help you right away next time. Jessica & team

middle class hotel but great location near the central station. Young staff without good experience and has no idea about what “hospitality” is. When you go there during winter, don’t expect that the room will be warm

Recently spent a couple of days on business in Stockholm. I was working in the World Trade Centre and this hotel is physically linked to the Centre so it is a great venue. The hotel access is super, the staff and facilities are totally satisfactory for a short business stay. Whilst the rooms are small they are perfectly adequate and...

Its location is perfect, very close to the central station. They have a thing called "lazy sunday" which allows you to check out until 6 pm so it gives you extra hours to explore the city. Their breakfast was okay. The room was clean yet it is very small for two people. We could hardly move around the room.

Ideal location (less than 5 min from the rail station, beside the Arlanda express train from/to the airport). Clean, affordable price, good breakfast. Immediately in Stockholm after arrival. I would search for Confort Hotel next time.

The maintenance of the hotel is very poor. In my room several bulbs were blown. The heating did not work and the cleaning was upgradeable. The reception staff were very nice and offered me a small heater to compensate for the problem with the heating.
