Lucky to even get one star ! The hotel is dirty , rude staff rooms filthy, someone had been smoking in the bathroom , they hadn't been cleaned for years ....... when we arrived we were told the lights in lift were not working but lift was okay ... we got stuck in the lift and kept shouting for help staff were not bothered and took there time telling us we had to wait for them to restart the lift , there was no apologies or asked if we were okay . We could not stay in such a disgusting place so booked another hotel staff were not bothered at all. This should be allowed on any booking sites it should be pulled down . Disgusting and false advertising ....

Are you looking for a place to stay overnight or probably more? It can be a good choice. Basic room with a private bathroom and clean bed. The hotel is in a good location close to many shopping centres as well as to the high way. Basic breakfast is included and the parking and WiFi are free. Reception is open for late check in and all staff are very social. Extra cleaning is always needed. You can also hear the noise in the corridor if someone is walking or closing the door... Still willing to go there if I'm travelling solo.

What a place!!! This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been. The room(family room) we had was so filthy... The walls and the floor was so disgusting. The was hair all over the bathroom and zinc in the bathroom was somehow leaking making it water all over the bathroom. The TV remote control was so greasy. 😩

Dirty rooms, cold rooms in winter (save on electricity?), rude personell, unhelpful staff, bad and old breakfast. go elsewhere, do not waste your money. You can easily find better and cheaper hotels instead of this dump!

As a budget hotel in the southern Stockholm suburbs, I wasn't expecting much for my one night on business. It's not glamorous, it's not chic, and it's not convenient for the commuter train or Tunnel-Bahn (Metro system) to central Stockholm (the bus stops close by, or it's a 25 minute walk to the train) But it was clean. It was warm. It had good ventilation. It had a comfortable bed, a TV, a large private bathroom with plenty of hot water, it had a very good inclusive free breakfast, it had convenient free parking outside, and it was walking distance to probably the biggest retail park in Sweden. The reception staff were welcoming. The entire hotel was non-smoking which was perfect for me. The building itself is a little tired looking temporary modular construction, meaning it doesn't look too inviting from the outside, and inside is a very long corridor, again looking a little tired. Being modular also means the acoustic separation between rooms is not perfect, so don't expect solid walls and a solid floor, any maybe expect sounds from neighbouring rooms. But in terms of value for money, if you need somewhere to sleep and eat which is within a budget cost, this place is ideal.

It is located a long way from the Arlanda airport. I had to make three changes (around 2 hours) to reach there. The room was clean and the front desk was helpful. Not many eating places nearby apart from mall nearby which has a Mcdonald's and a Pizza hut. Breakfast was nice.

It's not easy to find in Stockholm anche hotel with all the things you get here at the price. Breakfast, private bathroom, television and free WiFi, daily cleaning, a shared kitchen, laundry ( cost but really helps sometimes ), parking (free), malls all around , very near the hotel. We come back every year for at least one week and always we relax and take a break from the city traffic. Very helpfull staff, always help also in unespected problem, our car broke ones and we fix everything easily with their help. If you want a modern design, fancy rooms, choose a central hotel and pay 2-3 times more.

very good hotel, not expansive and near to one of the biggest commercial center in Sweden You are just in walking distance to the mall! It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is very good and the breakfast is great!
