We had a very nice stay. Room was small but clean and the location was perfect. It was walking distance to all main attractions, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love this place! Really friendly and welcoming staff. Fabulous rooms. We loved the hall with fireplace and french doors into a huge, well equipped, double-room with kingzize bed. Large shower-room. Nice bar well worth a visit. Perfect location right in the center of Stockholm. Close by parking. We are coming back!

It was a treat to stay at the Story hotel in Riddaragatan. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the outdoor patio is great and the rooms are adequate. All this combined with the location made our stay at the hotel a very pleasant one.

Loved this place. Quiet, relaxing base near city-center. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the locally baked bread and hand made muesli. My room was great, a mix of the original and modern, making me feel like I was staying in an authentic part of the city. This is now my go-to place in Stockholm.

This hotel has a Hyatt association which was one of the main reasons we chose it. We were, however, very disappointed. Hyatt should make an inspection, Location is great, but the hotel is dark and somewhat dirty. It seemed to want to project a "ghetto vibe". Walls had wallpaper that had been partially scrapped off, big cracks length wise cracks, and poor plastering. We had to cover the shower drain with a towel to keep the sewer smell at bay. Breakfast room staff was surly, front desk with often unstaffed. Five out of the maybe 14 lights were out when we arrived and one was never fixed, making the bathroom too dark to apply makeup. The room was fairly quiet, and the only real plus was crisp sheets. Odd bathroom sink took up so much room we could barely fit our toiletries on the very small counter.…

Lovely place and perfect location! The ambience at the hotel was very relaxed with the mood lighting everywhere. Interiors are very tastefully done up and the vibe is very chic. The bar is fully stocked with exotic brands of Gin, Rum, etc. and the restaurant is buzzing. The backyard bar is also gorgeous

This is a 5 star location in the middle of the town. They have a great bar and a great patio (during the summer season). They have upgraded breakfast to include some American favorites (eggs and bacon) to go with the traditional Eruopean breakfast (cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon and great bread with fruits and vegatables). I am never tired of staying here and it is one of the many things I look forward to when visiting Stockholm.

The hotel room was lacking in cleanliness, toilet, sink and wall to wall carpet was not clean. The bar in the backyard makes the rooms facing the back unusable before midnight. The bar in the reception had good drinks and nice staff. The retaurant had wery good food and also good staff.

Centrally located boutique hotel. Arrived at about 11.30am and my room was ready. Yes the room was a little on the small side , but had a safe and the bathroom was big enough and shower worked perfectly. Staff were very attentive and dropped an iron and iron board to my room when asked. Breakfast was of a good quality and a large section on offer. I would stay here again in my next visit to Stockholm.

A very "dark" hotel with very small rooms. Propably tried to be designed in a modernistic, way that doesn't suit me at all. Could be I'm a little bit older (59) and want comfortable hotels whit space and nicely interior design..
