Pro:
Friendly and courteous staff in the reception and restaurants.
We were lucky enough to get a suite on the 12th floor with outstanding view of Brunkebergstorg and no traffic disturbance.
Nice room with a big shower and a small toilet space. A bit slippery in the shower so be careful when wet.
A good sleep in the comfortable bed. Tv, coffee maker, water boiler, ironboard, radio.
Cons:
Unfortunately we had bad luck with the wifi connection with no contact but according to the reception this was a temporary thing.
Also only very small bottles containing shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room.

More pros:
Breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced so far. Plenty of choice and a lot of tablets spread out.
Good coffee, fresh bread, fresh juices and fruits, warm and cold food. No complaints at all.
Unfortunately we did not have time to try the restaurants, gym or any other facility but we will next time we stay here.

I have used a few hotels in Sweden and At Six has been the best so far.

My stay was booked through American Express and upon arrival, they already recognised my VIP status. It was evident that my reservation was well-prepared for in advance. I also received an upgraded to a suite which had an amazing view of the city. As an Amex VIP I also received other perks like like a welcome gift (which I won't tell you what it is!) but the kind gesture didn't stop there. After coming back from a meeting, a bottle of chilled champagne was presented in the room! This level of detail really shows how much they care about their service. As far as hotel gym goes, the one at this hotel was top notch. The breakfast was indeed excellent and one would definitely find something to enjoy from a wide selection of food. I also had some drinks with my guests at the bar in the evening but the vibe was a bit artificial.

The room itself was clean, the lighting system was probably a bit over-engineered though!

Couple of minor issues though. First, one of the lunch dishes was lukewarm but the waitress replaced it and took it off the billed completely. Second, in the morning, I asked the used cups and glasses to be taken away and as well as coffee and tea to be refilled. By the time I came back in the afternoon it still wasn’t done. A staff member showed up eventually but I believe they could improve on that.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful modern decor, comfortable rooms, polite and friendly staff and stylish bar and restaurant.

The beds are very big (small pillows though...), the curtains completely black the room out even if you sleep in on a sunny morning and most importantly it’s silent. You can get a really good night’s sleep. We stayed on the 12th floor and it was perfect.

The rooms are equipped with all the usual stuff (iron & board, dressing gown, slippers, tea & coffee), and there’s even a drawer with random things you can buy, like underwear basics, phone charger and various snacks and bar items.

The location is decent. A short walk from everywhere you need to be. Right in the middle of a nice shopping district.

Underwhelming. Very nice lobby and room, but the hallway was black from floor to ceiling with very dim lighting. Like walking through a horror movie, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it took me like three minutes from the elevator to my room. It sounds like nothing but when I showed a video of it to my friends they compared it to a maze. We brought our puppy since it said dog friendly, and I requested pet bowls to our room. They forgot about the bowls, I asked for them again and they brought me one after maybe 20 minutes. I called and asked for another bowl and the receptionist responded with “did you have two dogs?”. No, you need one bowl for water and one for food. On top of that I paid for breakfast included and then they told us we can’t bring our dog anywhere in the hotel except our room and the lobby. Not the bar, restaurant, Not even the included breakfast. So we had to stay in our room the entire stay. I want to add that the staff (a young male) on our arrival was kind of obnoxious, BUT the staff the next morning were helpful and very nice. They let us sit in the lobby and have breakfast with our puppy and we really appreciate that, so that makes the overall experience better. The breakfast wasn’t amazing either; dry, seemingly store-bought bread/muffins/pancakes etc. the overnight oats and granola were pretty good as well as the raw juice.
Would’ve been nice to be offered a refund, or at the very least a discount, there’s no info on the website that you can’t bring your dog anywhere, and we literally had to stay in our room the entire time. We went there to celebrate my gfs birthday, so that definitely wasn’t our plan.

All in all, nice rooms, but for the price I’d expect more. And don’t bring your dog.

Our modern Scandinavian design created by Universal Design Studio aims to use a combination of materials, textures, and colors to emphasize the beauty of our Brutalist style building. Featuring an extensive art display throughout our hotel; our guests are welcome to enjoy pieces from renowned artists such as Jaume Plensa, Dawid, and Julian Opie. We are very proud of our hotel's design and the atmosphere created here, yet we understand that we cannot appeal to every individual's preference when it comes to the interior look. Moreover, we are a dog-friendly hotel and take pride in setting up special welcome amenities for both cats and dogs in our guests' rooms. We do ask our guests to inform us that they will be traveling with a furry companion prior to arrival to avoid them having to wait for us to deliver the special amenities. This is the second visit to At Six and it is without doubt one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere.
The hotel has a trulu modern feel and the quality of the offering is exceptional.
Great Staff, great Rooms, great Bars and Food and a 24 hour access Gymnasium provide everything you need in one location.
Easily accessible.
Cant recommend anymore highly.
It is definitely my 'must stay' hotel in Stockholm.

We are actually locals and live in Stockholm . This year we started trying to have some staycations in town this year to support different local hospitality business while having a nice change of environment for ourselves during weekends.

We have explored many different luxury hotels in Stockholm including Lydmar, Bank Hotels etc. At Six is definitely one of the best if what you are after is the city life beats, the extra effort in service delivered all in modern luxury style.

We stayed here twice. On our return stay, they reserved our favorite room on 14th floor with a stunning view of Stockholm city landscape. Having a drink on our own balcony to this sweeping city/water view, with some favorite music turned on from the room, is definitely one of our favorite moments at this hotel.

Location is at the very center of the city, close to all nice restaurants, attractions and nightlife that Stockholm has to offer.

Main dining room was closed for lunch and dinner, while breakfast was at a reduced level during corona time. However, you can still see outstanding quality for the fewer selections offered.

Service wise, we had experienced some hiccups. However, these are usually hard to completely avoid even in luxury hotels. But most importantly is if the hotel has the ability to fix them and turn issues into positive memories in the end. We would say the staff at six managed to do that. We appreciate their great efforts to ensure our needs and challenges are addressed with great care and left us with pleasant experience that we would like to return to. Shout out to Dianna, Martina, Dominika and the two restaurant managers which I unfortunately didn’t remember the names. Thank you all!

Furthermore, they got one of the best hotel gyms in Stockholm, at least it is much better equipped and much more spacious than the one in Grand Hotel!

We can’t wait to experience the hotel again when it’s back on it’s full capacity. We’d love to comeback when your main restaurant reopens with a full menu again for dinner and breakfast, and try out the sound lounge that we missed in the past two times :)

Superb service before arrival. Got SMS from front desk asking if there were any request or questions before arrival. Staff at reception was friendly and attentive without this “fake” feeling one sometime can get at luxury hotels.

Room was amazing with nice view, comfy beds and lots of amenities. Only negative aspect was that the in-room fridge was not cold and products were lukewarm.

We were told that breakfast was included when booking, but when we arrived at breakfast we were told that “continental breakfast” was included but other items could be ordered at a cost. We got yoghurt, pastries and some cold cuts but had to pay for eggs & bacon which if we found ridiculous. The explanation we got was that this was because of the pandemic and restrictions. Hotel had lowered the room prices and started charging for extra items at breakfast..which no one informed us prior to our arrival. Understand that some things such as Eggs Benedict cost extra but basic eggs and bacon?

Overall a very good stay, but issue with breakfast sadly ended our visit on a sour note. Needs improvement.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it. The location is very good and we got a good deal on a great room.

It took a lot of effort to get the best price on a room. I registered with Nordic Choice because it guaranteed the best rate but they don’t offer rooms with breakfast. Special offers on the hotel’s website (separate from Nordic Choice) are listed under its own tab and do not appear on a general booking search. After a lot of internet searches and research, I discovered a deal on the At Six website under Special Offers that allowed me to get a junior suite with breakfast for the price of a standard room without breakfast. Heck of a deal but it shouldn’t have been so difficult to find.

Our junior suite was excellent. It was modern and spacious. The bed and pillows were tremendous. The bathroom was huge - two sinks in the center, separate shower and separate toilet with its own sink. You need to be careful in the shower, however, as the floor gets extremely slippery.

Breakfast is very good as the food is varied and high quality. The place can be pretty chaotic when they open or when they’re crowded, though.

Service is generally very good. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. I emailed the hotel with a question prior to arrival and got a quick response. Housekeeping is very good and they do a nightly turn-down service.

Biggest negative is that they don’t have a concierge service. This is hard to believe for a hotel of this quality and size. Among other things, it means that there is a constant line at the front desk. We also ran in to several issues regarding laundry services that should have been handled by a concierge. We got conflicting opinions from front different desk personnel. We ultimately got the issue resolved but it was frustrating.

Although the hotel has a few flaws we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

If you read my reviews I almost never give a 5 star review to a 5 star hotel. When you get service that is commensurate with what you're paying, that's great, it just isn't exceptional. When you are at a 5 star hotel the bartender should remember your name and your favorite drink. The front desk should call you by Mr. or Mrs. whatever your last name is. That is to be expected and for sure that I received at the At Six hotel.

It is what they did above and beyond that which truly made the difference. In my case it was when things didn't go quite as planned. But before that they very kindly upgraded me into a junior suite, a beautiful and spacious room looking out over the square. As a welcome gift there were various berries and chocolates in a dish waiting for me. Is a nice touch and unexpectedBut not totally unexpected for a high end hotel.

The next day though, as I was ready to leave leave on my explorations on my first foray into Sweden, I could not get the safe in the room to work. I picked up the phone to call the front desk... and it didn't work as well. With that and being ready to head off I went to the front desk where where Irene Guillen was my contact. She did exactly as one would expect and sent a technician up to my room. Unfortunately he too had problems with the safe and said that he was going to have to replace it and he was going to have to replace the telephone as well. No problem, but I was not going to wait in the room for this to get done. I left for the day leaving my valuables at the hotel safe at the front desk once again with Irene.

After my days adventures, including going to the amazing Vasa museum, Irene was there to greet me and let me know that the problems were fixed. I requested a complimentary cocktail and her manager graciously provided one. (My apologies for this getting to be a longish story.) I had my cocktail with Ian the bartender and went to my room and there was the big surprise. Not only was there a 1/2 bottle of champagne on ice for me but a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience. That is the sort of service that gives a 5 star hotel 5 stars in my book.

I would like to personally thank Irene and her manager, Diana Zambrano, who not only followed up on this but helped me throughout my stay, for taking my concerns personally and making a real difference.

Had an absolute amazing stay at At Six for our anniversary. Opted for the "Love at Six" - package, which included a welcome bottle of rose champagne, pre-drink in the cocktail bar, a 4-course meal in their excellent restaurant and then in room luxury breakfast the next morning. Staff was great and the hotel absolutely beautiful! Would recommend anyone to stay here.
