The location is among the best in Malmö, it is close to most things of interest.
Parking is adjacent to the hotel and costs SEK 250/day and you drive to the car park before checking in and then pay at the reception, very convenient.
The hotel feels old and worn and this applies especially to the rooms (or at least our room 251).
Carpet everywhere except in the bathroom, walls and ceiling look quite worn and the bathroom was also quite dreary.
In the shower, there was only a wall on half of the part, which made it quite wet on the floor and the bathroom door.
Soap, shampoo and skin lotion were in the bathroom.
TV was also available with a lot of channels to choose from.
The positive was that the beds and pillows were fresh and comfortable.
The breakfast then?
Yes, it was ok but no more.
The hot, ie scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon was not very hot as there was no lid and the scrambled eggs were very solid and tasteless.
The bacon was very hard fried and not very appetizing.
However, good bread and some fruit saved the whole event.
A funny thing about the room was that there were two 4-kilo dumbbells hanging on the wall.
If you are going to stay the night and not spend too much time in the room, I can absolutely recommend an overnight stay here.

So booked this hotel mid December for a Christmas shopping trip in Malmo, coming from Denmark. Booked 2 nights. Location is perfect - close to all you need for shopping and dining.
Hotel provides car parking which is actually connected via a stairway to the hotel - so very convenient - it's not free, we paid around 500 SEK (approx. $45) for 48 hours - so 250 SEK a day - which to be fair, with the location of the hotel and the ease of parking in a secure carpark is very reasonable.
The room rate was reasonable for that time of year (December), I believe it was around 1800 SEK for 2 nights. Hotel, in general, is well appointed - decor is a little dated and some wear and tear in the rooms, Reception and restaurant - very nice.
Our room was a little on the small side, but for 2 nights it was perfect. Decent sized bed in a standard double room - everything worked - clean and good temperature.
Checking in was painless and the reception staff were extremely helpful with parking and getting us checked in.
The hotel was busy, which added to the atmosphere and charm. Like I said location wise it is the best - you even have a late night 7-Eleven 1 minute from the entrance.
No what I was not expecting was the breakfast, by far in all my travels - this was the best breakfast I have had. So much to choose from and all top quality - seriously if you have the breakfast (included in our room rate) you can skip lunch - I would happily have paid 180 SEK for the breakfast - it was that good - so when you consider that, the room rate is actually pretty cheap!!
One last note, the checkout was 12:00 noon - which was also nice and relaxing.
Definitely will be visiting Malmo again in a couple of months.!!

We had this hotel as an overnight stay on our trip south We booked the hotel just to stop and sleep and eat breakfast and therefore let the price control a lot. For the money we paid, the hotel was really affordable! Adequately large room, good breakfast and the location was central and good within walking distance to what we wanted to visit the few hours we had in Malmö. A hotel to recommend!

The room was clean, practical and comfortable. There were placed free earplugs at the bedside tables for a reason. At night from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday, at 6th floor, I could hear a base sound that wasn't loud, but I preferred to sleep with earplugs, and then there was no problem for me. I am not good at judging restaurants, but I liked the "middle" price level and the included breakfast offered a large selection of food at a "middle" quality level: good but not luxurious.

Overall a very good price/quality relationship in a central Malmö location. The rooms are comfortable and a well-furnished breakfast is included at a competitive room rate. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I have already been several times in this hotel on business.

We had an overnight stay in connection with our mini vacation in Malmö. The hotel itself is really centrally located and just a few minutes walk from the main street with plenty of shops. There is associated parking in a large, nearby p-house, but this is difficult to find information about. By chance we parked in this p-house anyway, but without getting the hotel discount. However, we gave just under 200 kroner for a day, which was an affordable Award.
The staff at the hotel were really nice and friendly, and although the hotel was old (and some places a bit worn out), there was really nice.
The bed in the room, however, was so soft that it was virtually impossible for us to fall asleep. It was like you were a hotdog sausage and the bed hotdog breaded, so much you sank in it. We karted around without being able to calm down, and when it finally succeeded, we had pain in the whole body of the soft bed.
Breakfast was really good and with a really large selection. You have to come early, because a lot of guests had to sit in the lobby and eat, which doesn’t look very cozy.
So in many ways an excellent hotel, but we come because of the soft bed unfortunately never again. It was simply impossible to get a good night's sleep, which is what you pay for in a hotel.

The accommodation is in a good location - close to the railway station, in the historic part of the city, close to shops and restaurants. There are quite a few floors and rooms in the hotel. Our room was smaller in size, but nicely furnished, clean. The beds were fine for us but may be too soft for some. The hotel was quiet, no shouting, no drunk people. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast rich - very good juices, smoothies, sweet, salty, all replenished continuously.
We were missing a fridge. I take the view as a disadvantage - there was an outdoor terrace right outside the window, where guests staying at the hotel could go, so sometimes it happened to us that someone was having fun there, but luckily they weren't shouting, they weren't drunk.
I recommend standing up for breakfast - there are quite a few tables, so those who came 20 minutes after the start of breakfast had nowhere to sit and had to wait.

We booked the Staycation package that included one night at the hotel, breakfast and a 2 course dinner at the restaurant. We had a great time, good staff (the waiter deserves a raise), exceptional beds, was feeling like sleeping on a cloud and the sauna was absolutely amazing. Great facility. If they would also add a jacuzzi would be a full package. Will definitely come back!

Really central location.
Got a very nice welcome at the reception.
The room is small, but you can of course see when you order so be careful about it.
The bed is terribly soft and there is very hot in the room. Room 138 has a window to the roof terrace which can be used from 7:30 a.m. and it was quite natural that children's families did so early wake up.
It was very difficult and get seating for breakfast, apparently too many rooms in relation to the size of the breakfast room. Selection really ok, but the cheese in slices was completely sticked together so it was impossible and take a slice without and ruin it all or get to and touch other slices (the same both days).
All in all a little boring hotel.

😡😡😡We have just returned from a weekend trip at this hotel.
And it did not live up to our expectations at all.
The room was so warm and the bed was so soft that you sank into the mattress, so we didn't get much sleep and were dead tired.
The breakfast was so lacking, the bacon was in oil, the bread was dry and hard, at 9.30 there were no more eggs of any kind, you had to joke yourself if they couldn't fill it up are various things, there was no room to get so we had to sit in the entrance to the hotel and eat our breakfast, have never tried anything like this even though we have been to many hotels during our time, so can in no way recommend this hotel. So it is entirely up to you whether you want to pay for such an experience.

i remember once i arrived early they checked me in at 11am with no problems, late check in for sure has no issue as long you're gonna be charged for the full day
Hej,
Ni kan välja att köra in i garaget innan ni checkar in.
no vegan options at the breakfast - but a playground is there in kungsgarden
Hej,
Precis som de tidigare har svarat. Incheck är kl.15 men självklart om möjligt så checkar vi in er så fort rummen är färdiga.
Utcheck kl. 12.
