-Little bed and too softy bed (you fall in the bed) bad sleeping because of that -old smelling rooms -bad service old cofe, hot water cold and cold water to drink warm. And garbage bag full for days. (Receptionist responsible and did not change but I told them and they fix it everyday after that👍) - Car can broke because of parking space in the house so small and old -Perfekt breakfast👍 -Perfekt location in city 👍 -kind people working 👍 - wash your clothes when you want 👍

Overall Nice stay. The breakfast was nice, but there could have been more coffee choices. The room was nice, but the bathroom was really small. The staff was nice, but a little quit, could be nice with a smile when you come in the door.

Completely outdated facility, experience did not met the expectations based on description of facilities and accompanying pictures. Staff was not able to answer basic questions like: opening hours of shops and were can I rent a car.

Just for a short, New Year’s Eve trip! Great location close the city centre, where you can find various restaurants and cafés. Kind and helpful staff. The room was clean, but tidied additionally if needed. Fresh and tasty breakfasts. Sauna free for the guests. We highly recommend :)

This was my third stay at this hotel. I like that it is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is always good. Drinks and snacks in the lobby make feel me cozy. I appreciate the sauna in cold evenings after long biking via Malmo. Museums and shops are around the corner.

The hotel was situated close to shops and restaurants. We were a family of three and we had booked two nights. We chose to check out after the first night. The room (the junior suite) and some parts of the hotel was in dire need of refurbishment. The breakfast was ok and the staff friendly. Not good value for money. Choose another hotel.

The best bed in Malmö. I haven't slept so well in a long time when I'm on weekend trip . It's so good Swedish quality. Try it and you will love it . The hotel also have blackout curtains. Thanks it's makes it perfect

I booked and opgraded 2 rooms. Got a confirmations that they would be on the same Floors. The where NOT! The where 10 min by foot apart. It was freazing outside but we could not turn on the heat so we where bitterly frozen the whole night. Nothing was cleaned, When having breakfast we had to wait for 40 min because there where no space. This hotel is a nightmare. And the staff inkompetent. I speak Swedish and that helped on the understanding. Don´t book. Don´t stay there, RUN!

We always try to help with requests regarding rooms close to each other, but we can never guarantee or confirm anything before arrival. If you were allocated rooms that you experienced as cold and not clean enough, we wish you would have informed the reception so that we were able to change the rooms for you. We have information regarding what breakfast hours are busier posted in our elevators. Unfortunately, sometimes a lot of guests choose to have breakfast at the same time anyway.
