A basic hotel. There’s no reception after 8 pm and you need to walk to the much nicer grand hotel down the street to get a key. The elevator was down due to scheduled works when we were there. The room is quite basic though thankfully we were on the 4th floor and had a room of a larger size. There’s no cooling system as such and no hot water kettle etc. It feels much more like a nice dorm than a hotel. The bathroom however was good which is definitely a positive.

Right across the street from the train station, the little night life that's left in Lund is all around this hotel.
They've invested heavily on modern design, it's beautiful but that doesn't mean "practical".
I asked them to be changed from room 309 because the bathroom's configuration was just plain dumb. They were very polite and gave me room 406, that one has a proper shower without that ridiculous bathtub. You might want the rooms in the inner part of the building, during the weekends it might be a bit noisy due to the people partying and trains/cars in the area, especially if you have the window open.
I like the hotel, I might stay there again.

This hotel is directly opposite the train station, and despite been central it was nice and quiet- for a good nights sleep. An issue around a light not working wasn't fixed but the hotel apologised and gave a discount on checking out. Breakfast was plentiful but no staff around. Bedroom was comfortable with nice shower and the bottle of water was a nice touch. I would stay here again because the staff are really friendly and efficient, it was comfortable, clean, warm and quiet.

I'm disappointed for several reasons. First the bathroom smelled initially because i suspect water hard dried out in the drains. The room was uncomfortably warm and the street noise loud. At 1 am I finally could open the window to let some cool air in but then at 5.30am the street cleaner came with a loud machine followed by the garbage collector at 6am.

Dear hotel manager you'd think that the city could find more appropriate times to do that.

Last the breakfast was minimal. A bun with cheese, 1/2 cup of yogurt, and bad coffee. The orange juice was good and so were the croissants.

I stayed here in July 2018, as I recalled the rooms were nice, location good and price reasonable. Had the breakfast not been so poor and had I stayed in a quieter room I might have given this hotel a better rating.

We had visited this hotel and its location was very convenient. From the train station, we walked only a few minutes to the hotel. The room was comfortable and had amendities to facilitate our stay. The breakfast was quite early and unfortunarely we missed it.

small and nice hotel in Swedish style. very close to railroad station - 50m.

nothing to complain about, 4 stars - matched 100%.

breakfast - tasty and good, maybe missing some small things like fried becone, but still you can find a food that charge your day.

was a little tricky to find the hotel, google navigation shows the roads all around the hotel. was a place to leave the car and unpack lauguage without harry.

p.s. long stay parking can be an option for future, especially for people who are traveling to Copenhagen airport and back.

p.p.s. better to call hotel, instead of writing email, reply takes several days.

Stayed for one night. No AC in the room, so was to hot during the night, and having the window open didn’t really help. Rooms were clean, but decor dated. There was a bathtub and decent size bathroom.
They forgot to tell us as we checked in, that breakfast hours was changed so we missed breakfast.

Stayed two nights on business. The location is excellent, and the staff very friendly and servicemainded.
The room was a little worn, but a nice bed and the room was clean. No aircon, but a fan was provided. The room became a little to hot for my taste - Even with fan and open window. The TV was an small oldschool B&O CRT - which did not work.
The breakfast was about average in selections, but good quality. My only complain here is the selections of eggs. Scrambled eggs and bacon... Where is the fried eggs?

Many thanks for your feedback which is greatly appreciated! Our property is equipped with a conventional central ventilation system however no air condition. The B&O tv-sets will in September/ October be replaced and new HD-TV:s installed. At the same time we will offer Chromecast in all rooms, our guests will then be able to stream content from their phones and pads. We do amend our breakfast buffet on a regular basis, by popular demand scrambled eggs, non-lactose, and two variations of boiled eggs is what the majority of our guests ask for. There is always the possibility to ask the breakfast staff to make a special order for fried eggs. Best regards Christian Weste

Have stayed in a few places in Lund. Was a little nervous to stay here as in wasn't as highly ranked as others. And I hadn't been impressed by the others.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was incredible value to start with. The hotel has some modern swedish style. The stair case for instance. The corridors have a really nice design which made it feel rather unique and not just another hotel. Room had all amenities I needed including iron and good hair dryer. TV was top of the range and fitted into the wood design of the room.

Had family in other rooms and they were very happy as well.

Good breakfast. Easy two minute walk to the station yet in the pedestrian centre but with a car park! Quick walk to the grand hotel and I understand it is the same owner. Certainly the tv in both hotels was Bang & Olufsen.
