Me and my boyfriend went on a Valentines day weekend get away and this was really the place to be. Very secluded right by a frozen lake where you could see the northern lights. They had a nice wooden sauna you could borrow and a fire place outside where we had a wee BBQ. It is walking distance to the Ice Hotel and they can drive you there for a small fee. They drive you to and from the airport/transtation in Kiruna. Since it is very secluded, you ether need a ar or have them drive you. But you pretty much have all you need at the camp if what youre looking for is a nice quiet getaway in a beautiful area. 5/5!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Camp Caroli. From the very beginning Amanda was really helpful answering our many questions very quickly. The kindness and helpfulness were followed up by Stefan and Daniel during our stay. We went dogsledding, on snowmobile tour, wilderness safari and we visited the Icehotel. All of these experineces are highly recommendable! The camp’s location is perfect for watching aurora. We were lucky to see it on our last night at the camp were Stefan took some fantastic photos of our family. We highly recommend Camp Caroli and we hope to go back some day. Cathrine og Jakob Falch

Camp Caroli provided my family and I, with one of the best experiences of our lives. The accommodation was warm and cozy. Stefan and Daniel were absolute stars, they picked us up and taxi'd us where ever we had to go. Booking with them was absolute bliss, Amanda their bookings manager is prompt and accessible. We provided a couple of curve balls and they handled them with ease and reassurance. We planned a hectic schedule, which we relaxed through because of the effort put in by Stefan and Daniel-they're great hosts. All activities were booked through Camp Caroli and we experienced everything and more. Thank you Camp Caroli. We walk away knowing we experienced something truly special. I highly recommend anyone wanting to spend some time in Kiruna to book at Camp Caroli. They go beyond what is necessary for their clients.

Stayed at the camp for 3 nights and we did not want to leave! Stefan and Daniel were fantastic hosts and excellent guides who made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxed. The camp site is located right next to a beautiful frozen lake away from busy roads (absolute heaven!), yet only a short 5min drive to the closest grocery store. Thank you Stefan and Daniel for being such top blokes, can't recommend you guys enough!

The hosts Stefan and Daniel are amazing, very kind, uncomplicated, super funny and flexible! We had three fantastic days at their camp. We had one of the two cabins, which are cozy, clean and well organised. The camp offers all activities you could dream off and are super uncomplicated in organizing it/adapting to your need and schedule. We had soo much fun with the hosts doing these activities: sauna and fire at the camp, snowmobile driving, northern lights hunting and safari ride to spot the nordic animals in the wild (beautiful sunrise and sunset included), having a drink at the ice hotel and just really great conversations about life in Kiruna/Sweden and travelling around the world. The only thing you need to book in advance is the Kiruna mining tour (very interesting and you learn a lot). So check their homepage and you‘ll be able to plan your days depending on the best weather conditions at the camp! We would love to come back later in the winter and also in summer!
