On first arriving impressions are good. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and smells divine. Sadly thats the only positive. The all inclusive package is terrible. Drinks dreadful no drinks menu no cocktail list. Took an age to get any service. When we did, I asked for a cocktail menu which they didnt have but said they could make any cocktail.......they cant! Both the cosmopolitan and Mojiti were dreadful the latter undrinkable. The food is very average. Looks like there is lots of choice at first but its just lots a repetion of the same e.g 10 different bowls of the same salad chopped slightly differently! Service in the restaurant also poor. Went home a night early in the end. Very disappointed.....very much style over substance.

Stayed in this hotel before as the Malpas Hotel. It's all changed for the better. The room we were given was in the Diamond Court annexe, it was luxuriously appointed, we had a sea view and balcony. Everything appears to have been upgraded, the front desk was prompt and attentive to all comments requiring assistance - special thanks to Taha. The restaurant now offers a much wider range of meals always including fish of various types and also the usual meats. The restaurant staff were all very pleasant and attentive despite the language barrier - special mention to chef Huseyin, waiter Kemal with his mile wide smile, and waitresses Deniz and Yeter. The spa was a revelation and was used by us a number of times. The gym has been refitted with all new equipment and machines. Outside the pools have been re-tiled including the "Prestige" logo; new cabins with thatched roofs have been installed. The beach club has been completely remodelled and the sea bottom in the bay covered with sand; the decking has been extended and more thatched cabins built. we have been living in northern cyprus for a long time. We have never had such a wonderful beach experience until the last day. Mr. Oğuzhan, who is the chief responsible, manages the works perfectly. I will always come for his approach to the customer, service quality and interest.

Wow what a beach club. Its like you are on another world. Luxurious seatings and private gazebos. Fast service and at certain nights it becomes an open night club for live entertainment and guest dj. Talked with the manager that showed us around. A haven on Cyprus hidden gem. Not to be missed.

Disappointed in general for the price we paid.. buffets were poor, each day food served in the afternoon was the same at night.. The best part of our stay was the massage by Amy and service at restaurant of Dorothy from Zimbabwe … these girls made the difference.
