Stayed in this hotel before as the Malpas Hotel. It's all changed for the better. The room we were given was in the Diamond Court annexe, it was luxuriously appointed, we had a sea view and balcony. Everything appears to have been upgraded, the front desk was prompt and attentive to all comments requiring assistance - special thanks to Taha. The restaurant now offers a much wider range of meals always including fish of various types and also the usual meats. The restaurant staff were all very pleasant and attentive despite the language barrier - special mention to chef Huseyin, waiter Kemal with his mile wide smile, and waitresses Deniz and Yeter. The spa was a revelation and was used by us a number of times. The gym has been refitted with all new equipment and machines. Outside the pools have been re-tiled including the "Prestige" logo; new cabins with thatched roofs have been installed. The beach club has been completely remodelled and the sea bottom in the bay covered with sand; the decking has been extended and more thatched cabins built. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay at a wonderful location.

I took advantage of all the hotel's facilities as much as possible. First of all, I can say that everything was magnificent and perfect.
The pool was very clean. Everything I ate and drank by the pool was of high quality and fresh, and the pool was calm. I had a peaceful and fun time in the pool.
The beach club was as peaceful and fun as the pool, and the sea was so clean that you thought it was an aquarium.
I spent my last night eating at the hotel's terrace restaurant. Everything was incredibly delicious, especially the "sac kavurma”. The service of the restaurant was as good as the food.

I spent the day at Chamada Beach Club which was nothing short of amazing. I hired a private Cabana which was quite pricey but worthit! It came with soft drinks, beer (which I dont drink) and a delicious fruit platter served in a gold fruit bowl, everything outside of this was chargeabke but affordable. It came with 2 sofas and sun loungers, thick beach towels with direct access to the ocean. Sun was beaming and the view was amazing situated at the backdrop of the mountains and beautiful sea. Staff were friendly and attentive and left you alone for your privacy but never was too far when you needed service! Everything inside the Cabana was immacukate, clean and well maintained. Disappointed in general for the price we paid.. buffets were poor, each day food served in the afternoon was the same at night.. The best part of our stay was the massage by Amy and service at restaurant of Dorothy from Zimbabwe … these girls made the difference.

Booked a cabana at the beach club during the first week of our holiday, believing this would be as a great way to end week 2 before travelling home. Arrived this morning to find out the hotel had cancelled all bookings and reservations were only available for hotel guests. £20 lost in a taxi to the beach and the same to travel back to our villa, which took the receptionist 30mins to find one. 8 very disappointed people and we were not the only ones. Whilst waiting for our taxi numerous others were turned away for the same reasons. The beach club made no attempt to contact any of the bookers, basically you found out when you arrived. No apologies made by the staff and even a sarcastic ‘thank you’ when we left.

I am writing to complain whilst sitting out at the beach club in cabana 8. My sister and I were celebrating today and am very disappointed at the service today. The noise is so loud all day I have a headache. We can’t sleep as noise so loud and this is not acceptable to charge 4,500 TL!!!! I asked for a refund and got told no, I was offered a discount to come back but we go back to UK Saturday and this noise is on all week o am told. I asked to speak to general manager and you would not come to speak to me. I saw you standing by the bar and you refused to speak to me. I think this is because we are women Middle Aged and not men. I wish for a refund of 2,250 please which is half price for the very bad noise levels ALL DAY . The noise work should be done before and after beach club is open not when paying guests are spending lots of money. Please refund as a gesture of goid will. We will be telling our friends and family about today and poor service.

For walk-in guests who wanted to use our facility until opened at full capacity were given the necessary information and shown the area before their payment. It is not possible to provide a refund after use our extra products and minibar which are included in the price offered within the cabana. The Chamada. Is a lovely hotel. All inclusive. Unfortunately there are building works going on at present and the room we were given is right next door!! Very noisy! It’s approx £250 a night for us and for that you only get the buffet restaurant - which is very nice. A choice of only 4 cocktails, 3 or 4 beer choices, local wine & spirit. Rooms are comfortable but agin limited to what & the amount of drink you can have that is included. The staff are great - very helpful & friendly. Pool are is very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay here again based on value for money.

Wow what a beach club. Its like you are on another world. Luxurious seatings and private gazebos. Fast service and at certain nights it becomes an open night club for live entertainment and guest dj. Talked with the manager that showed us around. A haven on Cyprus hidden gem. Not to be missed.

On first arriving impressions are good. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and smells divine. Sadly thats the only positive. The all inclusive package is terrible. Drinks dreadful no drinks menu no cocktail list. Took an age to get any service. When we did, I asked for a cocktail menu which they didnt have but said they could make any cocktail.......they cant! Both the cosmopolitan and Mojiti were dreadful the latter undrinkable. The food is very average. Looks like there is lots of choice at first but its just lots a repetion of the same e.g 10 different bowls of the same salad chopped slightly differently! Service in the restaurant also poor. Went home a night early in the end. Very disappointed.....very much style over substance.

We bvisited the beach club on two occasions and the manager and welcoming booth were very professional but unfortunately the bar Manager was exceptionally rude to myself and my family. I went to speak to the manager about him and he seemed to accept that it was okay for staff to be rude to customers. Would never return and would not recommend this resort.
