Suan sati is this incredible magical place we're you can just be and come home. In everything you see/feel the philosophy of the owners of this place. It's in every detail. Everyone puts their soul and heart in it. You find it in the accommodation, the food, the Yoga and other workshops. They make it so easy for you, that you only have to think about yourself and show up for yoga practices. It's heaven on earth. It's more than a 5 star quality, it's extraordinary! Suan sati brings yogi minded people together. Yogi mind in the wider sense of the word. This whole place breathes mindfulness. I could only say, go and experience it yourself. I already know I'll go back!

Words cannot properly describe the experience you will have if you go to this retreat. It’s just beautiful 💛 There are tears of happiness and tears of sadness, wonderful hugs, beautiful food, amazing teachers, dancing, singing, laughter and love. Don’t think just go - you will not regret it. 😊

This is place is beyond words. All the effort and love shines through and the atmosphere is like coming to your second home. All classes and workshops where in top and mindfully planned. The teachers are really good at what they do and they all are lovely people with big hearts. And the food!! Tasty and buffet every meal so you won’t go hungry. If you need a retreat for body and soul, I would definitely give oneself this as a gift.❤️

An all round wonderful experience. The instructors each brought such unique insights to the yoga practices and made for a really fulfilling week. The vegan food was delicious and all the accommodation was very clean. Overall, the location and digital detox allowed for a relaxing week and a rare chance for reflection. The only critic is that the website did not have much detail of the actual schedule of the week as the wake up gong was at 5:30am each day for a two and a half hour morning practice and another hour and a half in the afternoon. There were also many times when we would join together and share our thoughts etc. so may not suit everyone. Nevertheless, you could enjoy the week to suit you and I found by the end of the week I was glad to be up before the sunrise and made for a very unique experience! The Thai staff are also wonderful and met some great people.

This retreat exceeded expectations in every way. The pictures are stunning but nothing compared to actually being in this idyllic setting. The accommodation is very comfortable (we were in a dorm room) and well thought out. The food is absolutely incredible - clean, harmless and delicious eating which everybody can be inspired by. Between the 4 lovely yoga teachers, each had a different style and different message to share with each class. Although I had done some yoga previously I would still class myself as a beginner and the classes were just as suitable for me as for another guest who had done her own teacher training. While each individual element of this retreat is done well, what makes it so special and magical is how it all comes together and the people you share it with. I thought I was singing up for a week of yoga and meditation in the sun and I got more than I could have ever hoped for. Thankful that this place exists and would recommend to anyone to go and benefit from what it has to give and what you can learn about yourself.
