Stayed here for the first time with my girlfriend and was a bit hesitant after reading a few of the recent reviews. Overall 4 star from us with a few improvements. Great location being a stones throw away from Nyhavn. The bed was very comfy and I love how if you book a double hotels in Copenhagen give you 2 duvets so you're other half can't steal it. We paid for breakfast to be included which was fresh and seemed locally sourced. I like how the kitchen is where they cook the food but you go in and grab your breki. Scrambled eggs wasn't over cooked like most people do, Ginger and Turmeric shots on offer which was impressive and they had gluten free beread. Cons: Pricey compared to a few competitors within a few 100m TVs could have Chromecast or Netflix downloaded (Admiral hotel does and is cheaper) Pricepoint - I think it is a little over priced. They should also offer a 3 night discount to encourage people to stay for a long weekend. Copenhagen is the coffee capital, why start your day with a substandard coffee. I really think you need to change the machine your have or invest in someone to make fresh coffees before 7-10 in the morn. In summation, I think its a little overpriced for the size of the rooms but it's a lovely style and you feel like it is a premium place. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Get a room road size, sounds bizarre but the back of the hotel is very noisy because of an office...

We had an amazing stay. Everything was working to make it a very memorable stay. The hotel has a boutique vibe, the room was spacious, clean and chic. We had dinner in the restaurant which was second-to-none. Breakfast was great too This is our new favourite hotel in Copenhagen

The hotel appears to be a boutique hotel with a cool design and great location. Unfortunately on my first night there was an issue with the heating (when it was about 3 degrees Celsius). First thing in the morning I was moved to another room. That was again with a cool design, however the bathrooms in the rooms are super small and narrow. To the point of it being uncomfortable. The big issue was again no heating in the room at night. I wanted to call reception, but phone was also broken. I had to go downstairs in my PJs, to explain the situation. The front desk guy was great, came and saw the room was indeed cold. As I was not looking forward to moving at 00:30 and for the second time in the same day, he brought in a small radiator that warmed the room. He advised he will leave the manager a message about it. When I went down in the morning the manager, Julia, had no idea what I was talking about. However she was very nice and asked if they can go check it. I agreed as I was planning to be out all morning. Upon my return at around 15:00, she advised they tried, but couldn’t fix the issue, so room was left with small radiator, and as compensation she will provide me with a late check out until 14:00 the following day with no charge. I went up to my room and as the housekeeper only just started (while it was already 15:00 in the afternoon) as I wanted to be in the room, had to ask her to leave and not arrange anything. Unfortunately for me worst was yet to come, when on my last day I left the room early in the morning, and as I know I was checking out mid day, I left all my things on the bed. I kept the ‘do not disturb’ light on and went out for 2 hours. Upon my return, I was shocked to discover 2 technicians in my room, even though the ‘do not disturb’ sign was still on, and I gave no permission for this. They couldn’t understand why I was so upset, as he said ‘this is the time we fix things’…I made them leave and went down to the reception and explained I have never heard of such a thing! And that I excepted to get a compensation for all that have happened in the 3 days I was staying there. The front desk lady agreed and when I came down again , Julia the manager apologized again, and provided me with a refund of one night. This was a very unfortunate stay and definitely not a place I can recommend.

I booked the hotel for a group of 25 colleagues to stay for a couple of days in November 21. Unfortunately - the hotel has many rooms without real window - meaning you can't open it and the room window is showing to an indoor court. That was a big problem for all who are used to sleep with open window and fresh air and some of us complaint and got new rooms. The room I got was named "small luxury room" and yes - it was small and a room but I couldn't find the luxury approach. The air condition was noisy. The rooms are all with carpet on the floor - which was quite inconvenient for all with allergies. The self service at the bar was incredibly unfriendly and when asking at the table for some peanuts / chips he belled "you got what was ordered, ok!!!" Unfortunately - the service didn't improve during the days. The location of the hotel is very good and this compensates for some trouble. It is only a short walk to city center.
