Very friendly staff, detailed information about the hotel and the surrounding area immediately upon check-in and a warm invitation to try out all of the design chairs. The room was very clean and lovingly furnished in the 50s style, even with original magazines from 1950. Exceptional!
The hotel is at a great location, only a short walk away from the city. The interior decoration is chosen exceptionally well. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. A delicious breakfast is served, though adapted to Covid-19 rules.
Friendly and helpful staff on reception, great location in walking distance of all the main sights, comfortable rooms with acceptable noise levels. The one drawback is that the hotel could not offer breafkast because the restaurant was out of action
This unique retro designed beauty at HC Andersens Boulevard offers a friendly and homely atmosphere unlike most hotels (including it's more grandios but rather coldhearted tall sister around the corner), and has become the one and only preferred home away from home when in Copenhagen. Very friendly staff at the reception, in good cph-style always ready to make a memorable occasion out of almost anything (like offering a complimentary glass of wine when checking in for the night). Rooms and bathrooms might not be fully updated according to 2020-standards, but that makes another contribution to the everywhere feelgood atmosphere, much unlike any boring hotel we used to visit. This place is no doubt on the top ten list of the best hotel experiences and whenever longing back to Wonderful Copenhagen there's always a small part of Alexandra in that too. Looking forward to next time!…
I love the interior design, the size of room is rather small but cozy, the receptionists are incredibly helpful and friendly, also the location couldn't get better. For the single room, i won't recommend it for person who is height more than 175cm
