This is a very clean, if not austere, place to stay. The hotel is minimalistic, and for a single person staying in the room for a couple of weeks, it gave me a chance to reflect on this location. There are two very small, uncomfortable chairs in the room, no closet space, just a rod on the wall with a few hangers to place your things. There is one drawer under the bed but that contains an additional pillow & comforter for a second person. The rooms are very small and the bed is shoved up against the wall so there is only one way to climb into the bed from one side, or you can shimmy along the bottom edge of the bed and climb in from the bottom up. There is only a comforter to cover up in, no sheet or a blanket, just the comforter. The shower stall is cylindrical and if you drop anything while showering (no bath tub, just the shower) you can forget about having enough space to bend over and pick it up. Best to wait until you are done. There is a glass countertop that I would loosely describe as a desk so if you are there on business and need to conduct business from the room, be forewarned, it is tight. I wish there was more than one channel on the television that was English, or the tv was able to add English subtitles - I could not get that function to work. The thing that I found most uncomfortable was that they were going through some construction work while I was there, but there were no indications to let the visitors know, other than the jackhammers and pipe drilling that usually began somewhere between 7AM & 7:30AM DAILY. Finally, when I did check in I was told that my breakfast was not part of the prepaid stay that my company paid for, only to find out two days before I was leaving that it WAS paid for. So now my company will have to keep an eye out for the refund to be placed back on their credit card. Otherwise, this hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of my company's office.

Hotel is centrally located, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, walking distance to Nyhavn and near a metro station. It only took about 20mins to get to the hotel from the airport.

My standard room was small but as I was travelling alone it was ok. For a couple it might be cramped. Shame that I only got one square pillow though.
The room looked into an office block/clothes shop so had to be mindful to close the curtains!

Hand wash and shampoo/shower gel was supplied in the bathroom which was great.
The remote for the tv didn’t work but couldn’t be bothered to report it as I only turned it on a couple of times from the buttons on the back.

Luggage storage is available in the form of lockers which take a 20dkk coin (non-refundable). I didn’t have cash but was able to pay with my credit card at reception and they gave me a 20dkk coin to use.

Breakfast wasn’t included in my rate, it was 90dkk for an average continental breakfast (various bread options, muesli, cereal, yoghurt, 2 choices of sliced meat, pre-packed cheese slices, spreads and soft boiled eggs). Not a bad option as breakfast out cost about the same, if not more.

Hand sanitiser stations were positioned all around the hotel, and could see the floors being cleaned through the day.

Would happily stay here again

The hotel has a central location, near to Kongens Nytorv, everything is in max 15 min walk. You can rent a bycicle (90 ddk/5 hours, 125 dkk/all day).
The room is very clean, there are 2 towels/person. It's not little, is comfi for two people who are in the city all day, and going 'home' just for have a nap or sleeping at night.
The breakfast is not in the price but it's worth it: fine bread, wide selection of tasty foods and coffees, tees.
I missed a tiny pillow (just a big one in the room/person), that's all the negatív part.

This hotel has a great city centre location, walking distance of most Indre By. We also found the storage lockers very helpful when we arrived before checkin. The room would probably best suit an individual staying for just 1 or 2 nights, rather than a couple staying for 3-4 as we did. The bed was only made up on one half (for one person) so we had to ask for a second bath towel, pillow and blanket, and were told that extra pillows had to be purchased. The mattress was nice, but the very flat pillows made for an unpleasant sleep. The bathroom area is also separated from the bedroom by only some frosted plastic, meaning that you can't really use the bathroom while the other person sleeps as turning on the bathroom light fills the whole room anyway. There is no coffee/tea in the room, no meals included, overall it's just a very basic hotel and you get what you pay for.

My friend and I booked a girls weekend away. The hotel was in a perfect location, a few minutes walk to the main shopping area, metro station (which we used to/from the airport, it was great and easy!) and the Christmas markets.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful, we arrived a few hours early expecting to leave the luggage in lockers and the room was ready for us. Although the standard room was quite basic, it was clean and had everything we needed - couldn’t ask for more!

Hotel was adequate.
Trip was a birthday present so don’t know the cost, so cannot comment on the value.
Location was excellent, 5-10 minute walk from Nyhavn and metro.
Metro from airport was about £4.50 and very straight forward.
We arrived early (about 11am) so too early to check in. We were offered an upgrade (room on a higher floor, not a better room) and we could then check in straight away. This was about and extra £8 a night. We didn’t get a view, so don’t expect a decent view because you’re higher up, but happy with the decision to pay extra and get checked in straight away.
Room was really small so had to live out of the suitcase as no room to put anything away. Room was also difficult to keep tidy due to lack of space and places to put things, and to get to the far side of the double bed you would have to climb across it. All rooms seemed to be this size from what we saw through open doors of rooms being cleaned.
There is a 7-Eleven close to hotel, so on a couple of mornings we got a coffee and pastry from there, but was expensive. On the last couple of mornings we decided to have the hotel breakfast which was £10 each, and good value we thought.
We hired bikes from the hotel for about £15 each for the day. They were fine - we cycled about 70km that day, Copenhagen is excellent for cycling, even if you aren’t too confident. We did this on the third day so we saw how safe it was on the first two days walking about.
We had an evening flight on our last day and left our luggage in a locker for 20kr (about £2.50). The locker held a large suitcase, small suitcase and a rucksack and there was still a bit of room. We were given a card key so we could also use the hotel toilet in the afternoon of the last day.
Although rooms are small, bed was comfy. Size of room and lack of storage space was the only reason for not giving a higher mark

This hotel is a fantastic bargain, I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are definitely small (economy size with minimal amenities), but the location is excellent for the price. This hotel seems to be used by mostly young backpacking travelers who desire a minimalist but clean and safe overnight stay. Other hotels in the area are outrageously priced. This hotel is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The check-in process is easy, they offer secure luggage storage if you arrive early, and the continental breakfast option is reliable and convenient and seemingly used by most of the guests (they offer bread, meats, cheeses, croissants, cereals, granola, hard boiled eggs, an espresso machine, juices, teas). Daily room service only includes replacement of towels. The small shower makes a mess but can maintain a good temperature. The room's air conditioning worked very well. And the hotel has 6 elevators so you're never waiting long. This hotel is right in the center / within walking distance of so many attractions (Nyhavn, Christansborg, Tivoli Gardens, the Citadel, Little Mermaid statue, Canal tours, and great dining options).

Good location with easy walking to city sites. But budget style hotel at non budget prices . Set up for single occupants with small rooms with internal glass wall bathroom in room. Tiny shower so mind your elbows !! Good breakfast and comfy bed but right under the window . Limited hanging space and no shelves to unpack .

Stayed here on the 17th of Jan for 2 night and absolutely loved it.

Firstly, hotel is in a perfect location. Your right next to the harbour, shops, restaurants, metro.. literally everything is walkable. Hotel itself was lovely, minimal but everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. It's clean, modern and bright. Free towels, hairdryer and shower gel. Staff very lovely and helpful. You have to pay for luggage storage but its £2 for two cases so don't know how people can moan about £2 haha!

Getting to the hotel - find the red machines in the airport, buy a ticket to Kongens Nytrov (for 2 it was about £7 one way) and head up the escalator in the airport to the metro. Hop on the m2 yellow line and your there in about 15 mins! Easy!

Sights worth seeing are the town of Christiania (art work is a must see, just be careful taking photos in pusher street), the harbour, the little mermaid, tivoli gardens.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Incredible city with a lovely chill vibe and the hotel I literally dont have one single complaint.

Also if you are worried about it being expensive , it's actually not that bad as people make out. We spent around £300 in 3 whole days and we didn't scrimp. Little tip also for vegetarians/vegans there is a restaurant called souls and it's incredible about a ten min walk away and I promise you will love it but book ahead on the website for a table as its busy and the RizRaz is good too! Make sure you get all your snacks from Netto round the corner too, so much cheaper!

Enjoy!

Easy to access (5-10 min from Kongens Nytorv metro stop which is only a few stops away from the aiport station). There are many restaurants and some grocery stores. Excellent morning buffet breakfast. Check-in was at 3pm, but they do store luggage for 40 DKK. The rooms are small but very clean and walls are thick, so noise from neighbors is not apparent. There was some night partying noise from the hotel garden area, but with windows tightly shut, this was greatly reduced.

Yes it can, but not if you are 3 people and the infant in one room But i would suggest that if you are 3 people + the infant in the same room, that you either find Another hotel, or buy an extra room. The third bed solution is simpy awfull, so awfull that we had to put 3 thick woll carpets + 3 pillows before it was mediocore. (I, a 13yr boy sleept in it, and I had backpain multiple days after.) The dubble bed is comfy tho
