The reception is inconvenient and difficult. The breakfast is overpriced. The TV was so complicated to use that we had to change rooms to be able to get simple reception. There is no room in the bathroom for basic toiletries, toothbrushes or shaving gear. The toilet seat became the needed shelf. The bed worked out well.

We stayed over the weekend. I really like this hotel and location is amazing. It's all eco friendly which was nice and the toiletries and disposable toothbrushes were great. We had a balcony which was such a nice bonus. My star rating is due to it being quite humid at this time of year with no ventilation we needed to... More

We stopped for five nights in total and found the hotel to be friendly and homely. The staff were most helpful when needed - this compensated for the mediocre wheelchair facilities. To be fair, we were warned about this. The food on offer at breakfast was of superb quality, organic, some vegan and gluten free. Free fruit, tea and coffee... More

Even though the neighborhood is great, our room was too small and dark. Bed sheets were stained by red wine, terrasse was dirty, furniture poorly maintained. We had no sufficient light in the bathroom they tried too look nicer with eco products. They night rate is much too high for what you get.

I stayed 3 nights with my family in this cozy hotel. It is located within a walking distance from the train station and the Tivoly garden. Our room wasn't very spacious but still comfortable. Although our room wasn't facing the main street but it was noisy. The breakfast had limited selection but was OK. I loved the bio and eco... More

The staff told us that because the week we were there, there was a big medical conference, so the price is all the way up to the sky, like US$350. It has it own all organic toilette including toilet paper which is definitely different. Our room was facing the main street and it was noisy.

We loved this hotel. It was ideal for our stay and less than a 10 min walk from the train station. We were able to walk everywhere and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. We booked room only so can't comment on the food, but the hotel itself was immaculate and our room was small but lovely. The... More

Well worth finding this one and much better than some of the larger and more expensive hotels I have used in Copenhagen (and elsewhere !) Rooms are comfortable and well provided. there is some road noise but manageable and I like the personal feel to the place. The restaurant is Ok. There is a limited selection but good quality and... Rooms are nicely decorated with modern woody bio furnitures. Everything is bio from toilet paper to breakfast condiments. Definitely a change from the Hilton-like hotels. Be careful to avoid rooms on the Main Street if noise is an issue for you. Only way is to take executive superior room

We stayed for 2 nights and I agree with another reviewer that the room was uncomfortably hot. Reception is upstairs which makes getting your luggage to your room difficult. I found the reception staff to be cold and rude. I do not appreciate payment being taken out of my credit card before receiving the account! Not a great experience overall.

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
