I stayed there for one week, friendly service in the reception area, in the reception area there are a sitting area with sofa's and tv and a coffee machine, to the right for the reception there is the breakfast area, for those who want to pay for it. It is a old buildnig and the rooms or the room I... More

Bed is fine. Room with window in the backyard are not noisy. Bathroom is too small. No real shower. You have a shower over the washbassin. You can shower yourself while seating on the toilets. You can also rent bike but they are more expensive and lower quality than those available at shop close by. Hotel is clean.

Thank you for your review! We really appreciate it. The plan is to have the existing rooms renovated throughout 2016. Almost all of our hotels are being fine tuned or renovated, so it is only natural to do so in Copenhagen as well. We hope to see you again! Best regards, Kristian More

Stayed there for one night and would certainly consider to stay there again for a night or two. For a longer stay I would probably stay somewhere else for more Space and more comfort. Its a budget hotel and the room was a bit dated but clean, and the bahtroomfloor was sopping wet after the shower. Quite a small room... More

Very basic hotel along the lines of travel lodge etc. Room we were in was very small and draughty - and not even a double duvet!!!! Inexpensive hotel but comfortable enough. If we were to come back to Copenhagen we would probably stay somewhere else.

Copenagen is a fairly expensive place to stay. We only stayed for two nights, and therefore made it a priority to live close to the city center. This hotel is rated with 3 stars, and some places even between 3 and 4 (we booked via HotWire). The hotel looks nice from the outside... And it is close to the train... More

The only good thing about this hotel or hostel is it's location. It just a few blocks away, behind the Central Station and Tivoli. Rooms are outdated and furnished with cheap furniture, bathrooms don't have a proper shower and it's noisy. The fact that it was in a red-light district didn't bother me and wasn't very obvious. There are much... More

We booked one night at the Zleep Hotel to be near the main train station as we had an early train to catch to the airport. Check in time was 2 pm but we arrived much earlier to leave our luggage so we could explore minus suitcases. We arrived back at 1.30 but were told again that check in time... More

I have stayed in many basic hotels, and many old hotels. But this is an old hotel which has been allowed to get very tatty indeed. The room was large enough, and the window (can be opened) looks out on to a large courtyard with hotels all around. The bathroom was very basic, last tiled 40 years ago i would... More

We (myself and my boyfriend) booked this hotel and then read trip advisor to see what other people thought. From what we read we thought we had made a huge mistake booking to stay here. We arrived feeling a little worried about what to expect when we got into our room. However after spending 4 nights there I really cannot... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
