Not near a metro station. Bathroom had a funny smell and is so cheaply accommodated that the shower water floods the entire bathroom floor. No in-room amenities - not even instant coffee. No hair dryer, you have to request one from reception. Contrary to their advertisement, breakfast is not free. You must pay for it. The ground floor rooms face...

Small room, nice and tidy. Just a 5 min walk from the central station. You get a bed and a cheap stay. Swift check in and out. The shower was very strrange. Just curtains in the middle of the room. The bed was decent and it was quite quiet.

This hotel is on the basic/budget side but is located close to the central train station which makes exploring the city very easy. Beds were comfortable enough and shower was decent. Free Wifi was a plus and the only let down for the price that we paid was that there was no kettle in the room for tea/coffee etc. otherwise...

If you don't mind walking through Copenhagen's Red Light District from the train station to reach your hotel, this is the place. I stayed four nights and had quiet, uninterrupted sleep, a clean room, comfort and convenience -- you can easily walk to Stroeget etc. from here. Price was reasonable, too.

The hotel was what we expected, £30 per night in a capital city is great. The staff were friendly and the hotel is clean. Very basic room, no safe, no fridge, there is a tv and a wet room with toilet. Although the location is good in terms of being able to walk everywhere, the area is not great, very...

I would like to warn other travellers against this hotel! My wife and I arrived at the hotel on Saturday afternoon and was booked into the hotel by a friendly receptionist. We wanted a double room and she said that was not a problem! But when we arrived at the room it was very small, it was small even for...

For economy accommodation this hotel is placed close to the Central Station, with short distance to most of the attractions in the center of Copenhagen. The hotel is clean and relaxing, but you pay for an economy hotel - and that is exactly what you get. Missed air condition during some really hot days.

As we all know, Scandinavia countries are never cheap. But this hotel is very reasonable price, great location (very near to central train station) and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are simple and clean.

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
