Very bad. Room is small and very basic, very overpriced. Breakfast poor. During the night hotel is closing the entrance doors, receptionist forgot to give a card/ cod from inner yard entrance, so I just stayed on the street. Convenient location.

Great value for money. Perfect location for exploring Copenhagen’s hottest neighborhood “Vesterbro”. Right next to the “meat packing” district with tons of restaurant/bars. Super cozy Reception/wine bar with a nice vibe and a great selection of high end California Wines, Port and Champagne

Me and my partner visit Copenhagen from Perth, Australia end of 2020. I am Swedish so we drove down from Sweden with my mums car to spend a night. When we arrived at the hotel, we paid for a ticket to access the hotel parking. When we came down to the parking we could not find where to park so I call the hotel and the guy who answered was very rude and just told me to put the card in the machine. I explained for the man that there was no machine and he then said 'I actually haven't been down there so I don't know how it looks'. He then told me to leave the card in the window and if we ended up getting a fine, the hotel would pay for it. The day after when we were leaving, there was a parking fine on our car... I walked back to the hotel and asked to talk to the manager but he wasn't there. I emailed a bit with him later and he basically told me that everything i touched was got bad luck but that i should leave the ticket for him to sort out. 5 months later my mum receive a fine from a debt collecting agency saying that the ticket haven't been paid. I have tried to call the hotel 20 times without a answer and i have sent 3 emails without any reply. So I ended up paying for the hotel, for the parking and for the ticket myself. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The service is crap, the hotel rooms were dirty and the food was horrible.

Don't let the name Savoy fool you, this is a substandard basic bed and breakfast accommodation for the budget traveller. Located about 600 metres from the central train station, the hotel is easy to find. Reception is clean but the rooms are left wanting. The first room we were given was on the 6th floor and had a sloping apex ceiling directly above the bed. Access to the bed would be by performing a long jump to avoid banging your bonce on the very low ceiling point. Instead we requested another room and moved down a floor. Room was small, access to the bathroom had an annoying step which I kept stubbing my toe on. There was a small travel kettle but no tea bags. No spare bedding or pillow and the television was so small I didn't bother with it. The shower rail came off and the foam was coming out of one of the mattresses. Beds were very uncomfortable during our stay. Breakfast was minimal - cornflakes, muesli, cold meats etc. Owners decided to change the door locks when we were out without notification which meant we could not get back into the room until we had been issued with an access card. Our last night here happened to be the same night as Celtic were playing in Copenhagen. Cue lots of late night singing and door banging and a pool of vomit left in the lift. I have stayed in better rough and tumble bed and breakfast establishments in Blackpool than this place.
