It's just a few minutes from the main station and well located for the City centre. Accommodation is basic but comfortable with friendly, helpful staff.

I will not recommend this hotel because guest satisfaction is not important for them. I made my reservation through booking.com but they always want my credit card number for charging the fee although I made a refundable reservation. I gave them 2 different credit cards but they couldn't succeed to credit the amount. They threaten me by cancelling the reservation...

Because it is 100 metres if that from Copenhagen's main railway station, this hotel gets a five out of five for location. The female receptionist was friendly and greeted me with an 'I am just processing your reservation' as I had only booked online half an hour ago. The lift worked OK although one of the two was a bit...

Went for New Year with some friends. Easy to find hotel near Central Station. 5 mins max. The rooms were simple and basic. The toilet flush was really slow! But they were clean and that's all I ask for! Slightly pricey, but put that down to the time of year. There is a buffet breakfast which was plentiful and tasty....

Great Location - 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens, 10 minutes walk from City Hall square and the Stroget. Small rooms, buffet breakfast has no great variety. Neighbourhood can look and get very seedy at times, and there is a sex shop close by. The neighbourhood does not really lend itself to exploration, particularly on Saturday...

Spent 4 nights here. Hotel is minutes walk from Central Rail Station so is convenient coming from CPH airport. Rooms are quite basic if on the smaller side, my room on the top floor was small but had a view from the window over the rooftops of Copenhagen. Bathroom was small but functional. Staff were pleasant and assisted with any...

Perfect location for backpackers - 5 minutes from the central railway station. Good breakfast service. Negatives: prostitutes in front of the entrance overnight, vary basic equipment, rooms not painted for some time. Unfriendly man at the reception overnights.

Very close to the train station and Tivoli amusement park. However, there's also drug dealers operating in front on the hotel and on the other corners adjacent to it, and prostitutes close by also. Nightmare for some, heaven for others I'm sure...... Nothing like advertised, though I blame this solely on www.innstant.com - the advertisement for this hotel on innstant.com...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
