What a disappointment. This ultra modern design hotel is not what I expected. Lobby and dining room look exactly like a college cafeteria and residence hall lobby. Loud, dirty lobby. Restaurant and front desk are understaffed and less than enthusiastic. The rooms are small, but poorly furnished. Have you ever been in a three star hotel without a closet or any drawers? Are you kidding me! There is an iron in the windowsill and an ironing board leaning against a wall. The towels are so thin I was able to see through a hand towel!!! There are plenty of power outlets, though. All in all, I’m very disappointed. The shower doors are glass and don’t fit correctly so the floor is heavily flooded. No bath mats , of course!
friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I had problem with oneof my room they chaged it immidietly. During breakfast all staff was good. But i think they need to work on bad smell on the room. this is little bit suffocating. But except few things all is good.
I stayed a couple of nights after a cruise. I used my Choice Hotel points and it was a great value. The place has the vibe of a really upscale hostel, and that's a compliment. There are always a few people in the large lobby enjoying a snack or grouped up enjoying a few drinks. There are plenty of places to sit and read by oneself as well. I found the employees to be courteous. This hotel does not accept cash; all payments are by credit/debit card. So make sure you have a couple of cards if you plan to stay here. I have seen some negative reviews, but my room was just fine. It is a very basic room, but that's what I expect in Scandinavia. My room was clean and comfortable. Shower was fine; really just no complaints. The breakfast buffet is good. Given that it is included in the room charge, it's great. It does get quite busy. I was there first thing and it got 70% full in a few minutes. They actually have a chart in the elevators suggesting times with the fewest people. I didn't care for the way the bread area was set up. Some of the bread required cutting but there was no place to put my plate. While there I noticed a sign that they offered free late checkout until 4 p.m. on Sundays. They are apparently trying to appeal to people coming into the city for the weekend. The hotel also offers a few 8-bed rooms for groups traveling together. You have to call to book these. The location is good. It is just under half a mile southwest of Tivoli, with a slightly longer distance to the train station. There are lots of really nice restaurants within a half-mile walk. Don't expect to just walk in some of the highly-rated ones; get a reservation! In any event, I enjoyed my stay enough that I will probably visit again this fall.…
I stayed here before as well, great location and it was a well-managed property. However this hotel is still one of the best but a not a value for money , room lacks the basic amenities eg 1) no kettle in the room, no tea/coffee 2) limited channels in the TV (only 5) 3) Room cleaning happens once in a week and in my case room was not cleaned at all. Breakfast is still good with plenty of options.
Good positioning near the metro station,Meat Packing area and Tivoli Gardens. Room was OK. Quite spacious for 1 person To be totally honest i wanted to be a little bit more clean. Hot water and heat all day long which was perfect as outside had minus 4 Breakfast was good but not perfect.
What can I say, Simply very low standards for a high price. The king bed had one pillow. The blanket was the size for a twin bed. Plugs for laptop use difficult. No bathroom toiletries just soap on the wall-like cleaning detergent. I would no more stay here a d would actually sleep in the airport terminal. This hotel is awful.
We stayed there for only one night. You can reach the airport with 5 minutes walk. The room was bright, clean and big enough. The quality of breakfast was acceptable. Early check-in was not available and I found staff a bit rude and impolite. For dinner, you can not find enough options.
The hotel is probably considered hip, but for more traditional travellers it could be considered a bit worn. The reception combined with bar offers a quick check in. The rooms are a bit worn out, and look old. The bathrooms are very simple and small, and can be about cold. The rest of the room is ok but very basic
I had the opportunity to stay at the Comfort Hotel and my only regret was that I wasn’t able to stay longer. This hotel is AMAZING!!! From the moment that I entered, I knew that I was going to love it. There are two ways to check in. Options are self check-in right near the entrance or at the front desk. So nice and easy. There’s a bar and lounge area in the lobby and it’s very cozy. You can also purchase drinks and snacks at the Comfort Deli to take up to your room. If you are in need of more, there’s a grocery store right next store as well as plenty of restaurants to eat at. If you are someone that loves a delicious breakfast with lots of options, then you are at the right place. One of the best that I’ve had at a hotel in Europe. I left full and then some the two days that I went down to breakfast. Definitely not to be missed. Now for my room, I was in Heaven. My bed was very comfortable and I was able to relax in a warm bath at the end of my day. So nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing and all within walking distance. Plus there’s a great place to enjoy a meal or snacks right near the tv in a comfy chair. I especially loved the spot for my luggage that also had a few shelves to place some items. This room had it all. One thing that stood out in my room was a brown paper bag hanging right near the door. Upon further inspection, I could see that it was to be used to donate any extra clothing that I did not wish to take back home. I was elated as I always pack some clothes that I had planned to donate back home in my bag so I could wear it one last time and leave it behind. That way, I could come home with a backpack half full and possibly leave something that could be used again. The fact that the Comfort Hotel had a bag just for this made my day 😊 I will DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it to friends with two thumbs up. Made my trip to Copenhagen one to remember.…
Nice hotel in the center of the city just beside the central train station. Many places to visit are within walking distance e.g. Ströget and Tivoli. Good breakfast with a wide range of things to eat. Rooms are quiet and have a modern design.
