Stayed here 6 nights in late July. Made requests on the booking form for a twin room at the back facing the tennis court, and not near the elevators and not on the top floor- worth doing to avoid noise from the road & railway, and heat in summer months. Also asked for one with a shower over a bath,...

Stayed here on business for a couple of nights. Conveniently located across the road from the Vesterport train station and about 5 minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens. Lots of restaurant options in the area. I was upgraded to an "executive suite" as there had been a mix up with my booking. Looks as though this is just a slightly larger...

This hotel is nicely located, comfortable as are most Mercur although as with all the rooms are small. What made this a most memorable stay and one we will repeat was the help, attitude and kindness of Magdalena at the front desk!! Weather was terrible for 3 of the 4 days but she was always upbeat offering great advice, help...

The hotel is within walking distance to the rail station - although it is a much harder proposition with big heavy suitcases. It is close enough to walk to many of the city's attractions and there are enough restaurants and bars around to meet basic needs. My room on the top floor had a balcony overlooking the city and this...

We got this hotel at Expedia and we really like it. This hotel is in Downtown Copenhagen and is close to the Central Train Station, Tivoli Gardens and Hard Rock Café. In a walking distance you can go to visit some palaces and points of interest. They have breakfast included and it is full of good stuff. Our room was...

Yes, the hotel is situation close to the western sites of Copenhagen, but the area is a little sketchy. The staff members were very kind and responsive and the breakfast was wonderful. We had a family room on the top floor of the hotel with plenty of space and bedding for four, which is near impossible to find in Copenhagen....

We stayed here for 3 nights in May after arranging a last minute holiday to Copenhagen. Being so last minute there wasn't too many reasonably priced hotels left when I searched and the Mercur stood out with its location and the free breakfast included in the price. It's location to the city centre, the train stations (central station just a...

Dear beagairheag, please excuse us for taking so long to get back to you with regards to your review of your stay with us. We appreciate your time and we are delighted to hear about your stay at the hotel. Single duvets are the thing in Denmark, you will not find double duvets in any household, so that is the...

Great location close to the train station and all sites most visitors want to visit are within walking distance, even the little mermaid is a pleasant walkable distance. With the exception of the young lady who checked us in (she was very pleasant and helpful) all other front staff personnel we encountered were not helpful and were abrupt. The rooms...

Can't beat the location, within walking distance to most of the city attractions. It is just a few blocks from Tivoli Gardens and a bit longer to the harbor and the mermaid, but still quite walkable. The rooms are typical European, with smallish bathrooms and no air conditioning in the rooms, but most of the year, air conditioning is not...

Dear CapeSharon, thank you for your feedback on your stay with us, it is lovely to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We are well aware that some os the weeks during the heatwave were a bit uncomfortably warm for our guests, but it is as you say, for most of the year one does not need air-condition in Denmark....
