The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very nice as well.
Our room got upgraded as we have Marriot rewards, and the view from the room was beautiful.
Unfortunately the gym and spa was under refurbishment so we could not use it...More
I stayed at the Marriott Copenhagen for 6 nights over New Years with my family and our experience was exceptional. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough. I am a Marriott Gold member, so we were upgraded to a room overlooking the water, which was...More
Clean room, with good breakfast. Less facility if you come with kids, so I think it's suited more for business trip.
The minibar fridge in room is the most downside. You can't move any bottles in there, or you will get charged immediately. You can't...More
Having travelled a bit through work, I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen.
The rooms are very spacious and the members of staff friendly and attentive. The location is ideal for city tourists and Copenhagen is certainly worth a visit!
Very good service - good rooms - okay bathrooms.
Was there for a business meeting, concierge and reception were quite helpful. The rooms are large. Bathrooms are a little bit run down - more appropriate for a 4 star hotel. All in all I would...More
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and
hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.

This hotel does have a concierge that helped us out on several occasions; however, they are not in a position (that I know of) to purchase tickets. They were extremely helpful in giving us good advice and direction on train tickets. We had the Copenhagen card, so attraction tickets were not an issue for us. There are representatives there at times from groups/companies that provide attraction services, but we did not take part. For example, you could purchase tickets for the Hop On-Hop Off bus right there at the hotel.
