The hotel is right in the middle of it all. Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet is very nice. A bit confusing regarding meal vouchers and accomodations with (paid) room upgrade, but would otherwise stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel's Favorite
Ideal location for anybody with a meeting at ERO ( 2 minute walk). Also very close to the many attractions of the city centre. Typical city centre rooms (small) but not tiny; comfortable and well maintained. Helpful staff. Lifts are a bit rubbish. Good restaurant within the hotel.

The hotel lobby is very nice looking and so is the breakfast room. The buffet itself was okay but not amazing and could have had better bread selection. The hallways on the way to the room were old and shabby. The room itself was nice and cozy and had floor heating in the bathroom. Only a small selection of teas and coffees and nothing else provided, not even small soaps to bring home. Did not feel deserving of a 4 star rating and would even be just okay for 3-star in my opinion. It's not BAD at all and I slept well, but I expected a little more from my stay.

Lets start with the pros: - Good location, 2 mins away from the train station, 10 mins walking to most central hubs. - For full disclosure, I booked this hotel on sale, as it was cheaper than anything in Indre By that's not a hostel. Now the cons: - Wifi completely unusable during the evenings, and very unstable during the day. Having online meetings during the day is virtually impossible as it's a coinflip whether the wifi will work or not. - Rooms are small and archaic.The contrast between the rooms and it's grand lobby is surprising and not in a good way. - A lot of quality of life things taken for granted in more modern 3 star hotels are completely missing, or locked behind upgrades/paying extra for. - This one is anecdotal, but out of 3 reception staffs I talked to, only one was smiling and didn't seem moody. Again, personal experience, bad days happen to everyone - Check with other reviews to see if it's a recurring theme. Overall, unless this hotel is on a massive discount, there are better options. CitizenM in comparison is a lot better for a cheaper price.…

Staff was rood and unhelpful when asked to send an invoice to the company I work for. The sheets were stained and hairy and the hotel and restaurant looked like time stood still in the 90’s. There are definitely better alternatives.

Very nice hotel,breakfast was good,staff very friendly, room size is good. Lifts have a mind of their own but the location of the hotel is fantastic. I highly recommend the hotel but if you come for a weekend book breakfast early.

It is a very large hotel and we were around and around several corridors. The elevators were very slow so allow enough time to get from the room to the lobby. The room was ok. We had organised the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus so once we had finished the day of touring we were able to get off at a stop quite near the hotel, which is quite convenient. We would like to mention that Oliver on the front desk was very helpful for us.

Unfortunately the air-conditioner was too loud. You could not relax in the bathtub. It sounded like somebody was vacuuming in the next room. But it was like this on the whole floor. My room had cold air coming in and the sheets were a bit dusty. It was obvious no one had stayed in the room since summer heats. Elevator didn't work. People came and fixed it. Phone app didn't work to order breakfast. Staff was good and everything else was clean except the shower drain. I want to go back again to see if it's better next time.

Lifts are small and slow. Not worth for the value. Room not cleaned everyday unless you make request one day before, and condition of rooms are not great. Door damaged. Lighting not enough. All the above shall be improved for customers.
