You must book the more expensive rooms to get an exaptable room. Everything is quite old and the beds are very soft. The breakfast is the worst we ever had. Nothing nice or special, just Basics and Convinience products. It's just sad. We are still looking for the 4 star touch.

The hotel is located only a few minutes’ walk from Tivoli, train station, main shopping streets, etc. - hard to find a better spot in Copenhagen! Our room (on the top floor) was huge a had a balcony so we had a great view, bds are good and toiletries more than sufficient. As we visited the hotel while the world is still hardly effected by Covid-19, not everything was running, e.g. the restaurant was closed, so instead you are handed over a take-away-bag with your breakfast, great solution as it covered a regular breakfast 100% - and you could at it on your balcony :-) The staff is very friendly, effective and professional.

We arrived early and our room was not ready but we upgraded to a larger room for a token fee. Room was huge... clean and comfortable. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. Good wifi, safe, but no fridge. Across street from Tivoli, and a short walk to National History Museum and Glytotek Art Museum. Would definitely stay here again.
