Stayed there 6 nights. Staff very helpful. I needed to speak to a doctor so they rang one and I spoke to one and got a prescription organised. Very helpful in all aspects. Very close to the main train station, Tivoli, tourist office. There is a small kitchette as well to help keep costs down. Crockery, cutlery, kettle, microwave. There... More

Rooms are without shower and toilet but less expensive than other hotels at the same place. Very nice location very close to the Tivoli and the old town. Extremely noisy and the toilets were dirty. You feel more like in a youth hostel, not a hotel. The prices in Copenhagen are high, but the city is great. Therefore the place... More

The room was very neat, simple. The sink corner was really ugly and ruin the flow of the room. My room was facing the garden, not the street so it was very quiet as well. The share toilet is ok, not the cleanest ever but it's in the upper standard. Copenhagen is a very expensive city so this is very... More

The location is very near the train station (approx. 5 mins walk). The staff were very nice and helpful. The room, toilet and bathroom were a bit small but clean and newly furbished. Overall, this hotel is in a good condition with a reasonable price.

My son and I stayed at this hostel, as we were attending a concert at the Copenhagen Forum. The check-in was efficient and the staff spoke perfect English. There were shops nearby and it helped to wander around and find shopping. The room itself was clean, tidy and although it was sparse, it was all that you needed. The shared... More

We staid here for one weekend in November and it was really nice. The room was very spacious and clean and I loved the bright colors. A very fair price and so close to the down town area. I would love to give it 5 stars but we had some one staying above us that was very loud the two... More

Really close to central station so very handy. Most parts of the city within walking distance or with connection to metro/trains. Room was ok, fine for 3 young friends traveling together. Beds comfortable but pillows were awful, requested extra but still not the most comfortable pillows at all! We got a fan for our room as it's very warm, would... More

This hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Central Train Station, and around 10 minutes from Tivoli and Strøget shopping street. The prices are reasonable, and this includes the wonderful DKK65 buffet breakfast as well, with both hot and cold items on offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing missing from our room (unless we simply... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
