Enjoy your stay in Copenhagen!
Breakfast was very good, and it was very well located in the center of the city. The room was not spacious, but cosy and small. Service was good. We were missing a refridgerator in the room. We had a very nice and rormantic time at the hotekl and in Copenhagen!❤️😀
Location is great, Walking distance everywhere in CPH healthy breakfast and good Sleep what Else do you need! Ideal for shopping trips. Very friendly and helpfull staff. A Nice gift shop and handy way to borrow an umbrella for a day.
Firstly the room: We were on the second floor and I feel a couple of comments are justified. The walls were very thin, and your sleep could have been disturbed if you are a light sleeper ,or if you had noisy neighbours. Thankfully, we are heavy sleepers and had no such problems, . Also, the pillows were very small, and might be uncomfortable for those people used to larger/ higher pillows. I imagine a request to Reception could get you some extra pillows, but it wasn't that much of a problem for us to make us ask.. We always book hotels for Location, Competitive prices, and a Breakfast included, and all three points were well addressed here. The Location is great, a 3 minute walk to Central Station, 5 Minutes to Tivoli Gardens entrance , 7 minutes to City Hall/Town Sq.and many good restaurants/shops and bars nearby. The price was very good for such a good central location, and the Breakfast was excellent. A great choice of all kinds of hot and cold foods/ cereals/ drinks etc to suit every palate.. Finally, the staff at Reception were excellent too- always quick and pleasant to help with any query you asked of them. Special thanks to Ameneh ( sp ?) who sorted out printing off our Passenger Locator Forms for us that we desperately needed for our return journey home. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any family or friends who were thinking of visiting this wonderful city.…
Despite me staying for two nights and being a level 3 Scandic Member the front office allocated me to a room next to the elevator. The noice was constant and sounded like someone was punching the wall every 3 minutes. It kept me up until after midnight and when I asked if I could switch rooms the front office said it was fully booked and I should asked the next day. When I asked the second day I was told it was fully booked and I should have asked the previous day as there were rooms left then. Horrible service. As there are so many nice hotels in Copenhagen I would recommend anyone to choose another hotel.
It was all in all a good stay in the well located hotel but the room was dirty and cleaning was only the next day and we missed a place in the hotel to work :but the breakfast was excellent and really value for money r-)
