Hotels in Copenhagen are expensive so this is a big win. Price is great and so is the breakfast. I love the location and its real easy to get around the city. About a 5 minute walk to the metro but the hotel rents bikes for 100 dkk for the day. Roughly $12 us during our stay. Very bike friendly...

Great location near canal, near restaurants, near lots of shopping. Everywhere is walkable, including Christiana and Metro and lots of shopping. Hotel staff was lovely, and provided a refrigerator for us in the room. A little overpriced, but location was great.

Three stars for the property itself--it is basically your average generic hotel. If I were accounting more for cost, however, I'd have to demote it to two stars--it was wildly expensive in relation to the quality of the property, although admittedly we booked at the last minute during the busy summer season and it is possible that had we booked...

I think I was in room 510. Booked through BOOKING.com On arrival i've been upgraded to a superior room. Thank you very much, really appreciated it. Breakfast was basic but very good. Always replenished. Friendly stuff. Front desk team were fab! From clubs, bars, restaurants, landmarks ask them and they'll be on the ball!! Room Always cleaned. Money and few...

This is a top notch place to stay. The price is very reasonable by Copenhagen standards. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious enough for sure. The staff were out of this world i.e. EXCELLENT. They are friendly, intelligent, kind, well informed, helpful and generous with their time. In particular, Alexandra, at the front desk, is perhaps the best...

I booked my stay here with great expectations after staying at a Best Western in the United States. I was royally disappointed. It is a glorified holiday inn. Apart from the breakfast, which was good (not great), and the friendliness of the staff, there is nothing to write home about regarding Best Western Hotel city. The bathroom did not have...

The hotel was very comfortable, excellent bedroom, free WiFi, and extremely accommodating staff. We were made extremely welcome, given all the advice we needed; the reception staff advised on places to visit, restaurants, and even made restaurant bookings for us. We had a delightful four days

I had a great stay at the Best Western Hotel City. The location is only a few blocks from Nyhavn, Christiansborg Palace, and the Kongens Nytorv metro stop. The rooms are small, but pretty normal by European standards. The wifi worked great and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again,

Spent three nights in August. It was a pleasant stay but quite expensive for what's offered. Our room was tiny, especially with two twin beds set up. Very little separation between the beds, which were flush against the door and bathroom. While small, the room was comfortable. Beds were fine, a little saggy but no issues sleeping. There were ample...

Our 2 nights at the Best Western was most enjoyable. Very comfortable room and the wifi actually worked well too. Great central location within easy walking distance of the Metro, a much more reasonable option than a taxi from the airport and very simple. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Only downside, and it's just a mall thing,...
