We booked the hotel spur of the moment and Carsen was more than happy to accommodate our needs and was incredibly hospitable. We'd definitely come back again and we definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors in Copenhagen!

It was one of the cheapest options in Copenhagen for double room. Surprisingly everything was great and without any complaints. The guesthouse is located in the central Copenhagen. Metro stop is about 7-10 minutes on foot from the property. Our room was very big with queen bed inside. Bathroom was big, there were even fan and weighing machine. Wi-fi worked fast, main kitchen was big with all necessary facilities. Very good stay. In my opinion this place focuses mostly in long term rentals, that's why it's really hard to find free room to rent in the property. Even after my success to find an empty room in this property and making a booking, after some time I have received an offer from the guesthouse to cancel my reservation for free. It looked strange, because I haven't asked for it. So you can't feel safe even after successful booking. Other guests which were met in the guesthouse, seemed to live here for a very long period. And they were feeling like at home - they walked and spoke loudly, also were arrogant to short stay renters as me :)

We were early and hadn't phoned ahead. The man was understanding and - gave us the suite! Yes, it was our first night on our honeymoon and we loved him! Thank you so much, you are ace! Thanks once again.

B&B position was good and rooms were large. Unfortunately all guests weren't very polite: they talked loudly during the night, sometimes they smoked and made a lot of noise. Sleeping was impossibile! Although the owner of the B&B had been informed about that, for 4 days out of 5, the guests made our journey out of sleep. We also bout some food from the supermarket and stored it in the fridge: the day after everything disappeared! The maid trew away everything without noticing us. We asked for a refund and the owner gave us exactly what we paid to the shop. Lack of service for a nice B&B.

Room Tip: Room 4 and 5 are the best: the last and (probably) the less noisy.

I made my reservation through TA abt one hour before and checked in abt 1800. Still the host took time to show me my room, to help with my baggages and explain some of the main attractions of CPH with no hurry. The morning coffee started my day in a nice way and while visiting the town I was allowed to leave my things in the room for later pickup. The room itself was compact, clean and a comfortable bed with soft linen and towel was waiting for the exhausted traveller. All in all I was more than happy to have picked the Copenhagen Guesthouse as my place to stay and overnight!! A big thank to the personnel. I can gladly recommend your bed & breakfast to anyone having the need for a simple stay at a distance of a walk from everything worth seeing!
