The staff was very helpful, always keen to advise and help. We a had a big suite, we loved it. The wifi was free and fast. The breakfast was very tasty and the waiting staff so friendly. We had checked out and left our luggage in the luggage room, this was very helpful as our flight was in the evening....

Overall a nice hotel in Copenhagen. Rooms were small, but comfortable, our family of five got two rooms. Breakfast was very good and served in a nice atmosphere. Also have a 'cosy' hour for some drinks which was nice. Staff was very helpful with all requests. Great location, quick walk to Norreport station and the Storget. For rooms facing the...

Thank you for your nice review! We also think we have one of the best locations in Copenhagen. We are glad you liked our breakfast buffet and cosy hour. There is some street noise during summer because our hotel is situated in the city center of Copenhagen. In Scandinavia we celebrate the summer – probably because the winter is so...

My second stay at this gorgeous little place. Conveniently central, welcoming and comfortable. I can't fault it! The staff are helpful, the breakfast is delicious and the beds were amazing, you can't ask for more than that!

I'm still giving this hotel a 4 because when I was looking for places to stay that were reasonable this was definitely good value for money. From other reviews maybe we got a good deal but any others for the same price would have been much further out. Good things first. The location is great, 5-10 min walk from Norreport...

Thank you for your nice review on our location and our wonderful colleagues in the reception. The price level of our hotel breakfast buffet is more or less standard for hotels in Copenhagen. We think It's a chance to experience the local food culture. Moreover we emphasize a good and organic quality of the ingredients we use, which you won't...

This is billed as a "boutique" hotel, but it is anything but that. The (very small) rooms have slanting roofs that make it impossible not to knock your heard; the floors are carpeted throughout with dingy, stained carpet; the wall paper on the walls has seen better times and the bathrooms - oh, my the bathroom is truly shocking- a...

Thank you for your time to write this review. We are sorry to hear that you did not like our hotel at all. We are located in an old classic building with 118 rooms - all different size and lay out. We always do our best to match rooms and guests. This time we unfortunately did not succeed doing this....

Stayed at the hotel on a business trip in June. Ideal location easy to reach with the metro from the airport. Staff very friendly. Had a room at the top floor, warm and made me feel claustrophobic with low ceiling even though it was supposed to be a large room. No airconditiong available as it is a green hotel. My...

This is a reasonably priced, ideally located hotel. Amazingly helpful staff, "cozy hour" every evening with complementary wine, and delightful nooks and crannies to hang out in both inside and outside the hotel. Small by American standards, the room is very comfortable. But hey, your in Copenhagen, what are you doing hanging out in your room anyway!

The location provides easy access from the airport at Norreport station and all the major city sites are walking distance including a fine market square a block away. Stayed at the Ibsens 4 nights prior to a Baltic cruise. We had a large double on the 4th floor overlooking Vendersgade Street. Room is not air conditioned but has opening windows...

We love feedback and we are happy when it’s positive. It was such a pleasure reading yours. Thank you. Sorry about your unrestful sleeps during the weekend. I chose this hotel for its location, I could take the metro from the airport without changing trains, and it is central enough to explore Copenhagen's main sights on foot. The hotel was easy to spot coming from the metro on foot, the building is grand, the reception area is welcoming with colourful deco, both check-in and out was friendly...

We love feedback, whether it be positive or negative. It is nice to hear that you enjoyed our location. It is very unique in a nearly quiet spot in the city center. But when living in a big city you will have to accept that noise is part of everyday life, even though you are facing the inner yard. The...

Hotel is based five minutes walk from Norreport metro station (really easy to jump on Metro from Airport and takes about 20 minutes journey). Thank you for reviewing us. Great that your stay overall was nice! Regarding the missing plug - there should be a plug in all our sinks in the hotel. So if you had reported it to the reception we could have put a new plug in for you. The price level in Copenhagen is quite high, which applies to buffet...
