Nice personell that make’s you feel welcome, clean rooms, good shower, tea in the room, silent night and breakfast, good bed, excellent Healthy breakfast, lovely cosy atmosphere, easy and quick check in and check out, all was perfect
The hotel feels like it’s in decline. We spent several nights. The promised rooftop bar is a rooftop with some chairs on it with the view spoiled by cel antennas. The stairwell is home to a cot and two tvs. The hallway houses some fans randomly placed. The washrooms off the lobby are embarrassing, one not clean, the other no toilet seat. The check in process asks you to choose a room for a fee that they don’t give you and a keyless entry that doesn’t work. The happy hour at ten is limited to a few drinks, don’t ask for something different, and the wine at 5 isn’t properly cooled (first world problems I know, but when you’re paying the premium come on guys). The breakfast is actually great food, but they are understaffed at peaks so you may or may not get offered coffee. They don’t resupply your shower soap or provide bottled water in the room. There is no ability to control the room temperature, so we opened the window, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep if you are on the road side. The location is good for sure, short walk to train station. We paid about twice as much as friends who stayed about 900m away and we definitely didn’t get twice the value. Sadly this hotel could be so much better, but misses most of the benchmarks it could.…
Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, just a bit busy at the weekend. We were given a time to go for breakfast however couldn’t find a table! One of our party is gluten free and although there were options you had to ask for gluten free bread. Slow at serving this. Our group had finished their breakfast before the gluten free bread was brought out.
Lovely team members, very friendly and helpful. But hotel not well maintained for the price we paid. I can not recommend this hotel. Carpets are dirty in corridors, paint comes off on side boards in corridors, elevator carpets looks reall dirty, overall impression was for us, that it is an unclean hotel. Best of the stay was the breakfast food, which was well presented and a good choice.
The position of the hotel is perfect, next to the station and to the town center. What I missed more were the air conditioning (the room was too warm) and the minibar which is Summer time is necessary
Cannot recommend it. It was hot, noisy, smelly and small. And expensive - at least not 2000 dkk worth. Bathroom smelled a bit of mold. Room was hot as an oven when I entered. Couldn't cool it down - windows opened out to the street
No airco so it was verry verry hot in the hotelroom, dirthy and small bathroom, the matrass was not soft enough, I had to keep my balcony doors open because of the temperature but then the noisy street disrupted my night.
Overpriced filthy run down hotel in Central Copenhagen. Sahne on the Paneel. Dirty all over, free drinks during happy hour do make up for the dirt and neglect of maintenance. Impossible to sleep when temperatures are high as traffic noise forbids to open the windows.
It is a nice hotel, centrally located, our room was large and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpfull. We would book a room again any time. You have to put up with the noise because of the central location.
We loved our stay at the hotel, staff very nice. Breakfast super good. As we did arrive very early we did not expect to have our room ready until after 14:00. But we got a phone call from the staff around 12:00 informing us that the room was ready. Whish was great.
