I have recently just returned from a 3 night stay with my step mum at the Radisson Royal Collection on a room only basis and I could not have been happier with my stay. The location is spot on, across the road from the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. We stayed in a corner room with a view of Tivoli and it was beautiful. I also caught the sun rising on our first morning and it’s certainly worth getting up for. The room was very comfortable with bath robes, slippers, plenty towels, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and water. We asked reception for ironing facilities and these were sent up straight away, across our stay there were a few other things we needed and nothing was a problem. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again if in Copenhagen.…

Hotel's Favorite
Liked the hotel and the balance between retro design and more contemporary style. We also appreciated the service at the reception, the room was clean, bathroom large and the same exellent view as the room itself. Above all, my wife and I especially appreciated the service at restaurant given by our waiter Fabio. He made the dinner a personal and very nice experience, very appreciated!

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Tour buses and plenty of taxis depart outside hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby (Tivoli food hall was great). Tivoli park was closed but it’s close by too. Good buffet breakfast spread with a la carte options too. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our time in Copenhagen!

Trust me! You're going to love it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Andrej who knew what he was talking about. We had a room on the 17th floor equipped with everything we needed. Of course, he shared with us some recommendations because he is a proper hotelier in a proper Radisson Collection hotel in the city centre. Right across the street you have Tivoli and it was worth it even during the storm on that weekend. The breakfast selection was perfect and we enjoyed having it every morning, quiet, organised and plenty of choices as I eat only halal food. I can make this review longer but I think I have mentioned the essential to help you decide to stay at this iconic hotel. Really nice stay at the Radisson. This hotel has everything you are likely looking for in a city stay. It is across the street from Tivoli Gardens, plus just two short blocks from city hall square and the start of the pedestrian shopping street, Stroget. We walked many times to and from Nyhaven and the other major attractions in the old historic part of Copenhagen. The hop on tour buses stop right outside the hotel. It is all very convenient. Nice bar, helpful and friendly staff throughout.

We stayed for two nights in early September. We had a great time and it was fantastic to be able to check in early (thank you). We were celebrating our anniversary and they left us some gorgeous macaroons. We enjoyed the drinks in the bar and found they were good quality. The location was great for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The key point I want to make here is since 3/9/23 Raddison have held in pending an amount the equivalent of the booking fee of one of our rooms for our 3 day stay - it is a significant amount of money and must happen to most people who stay, which can impact people’s holiday funds while Raddison hold the cash to presumably use on the money market. We left our rooms in perfect condition. There is a lot more I could say but will stay with this point. They tried to blame my bank, but having been staying in hotels for 6 weeks this is the only occurrence of this kind, so I don’t blame my bank. Be warned.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with a great staff, right from check in. Special thanks to Rashin For making our stay very memorable across 2 checkins at the hotel. Very central to all attractions and train station. Biking the city was great fun. Bicycle is available at the hotel. Came to know later though that this is a historic hotel with a lot of history attached. Breakfast is just perfect to start of the day. Special thanks to Gundega and her team. Thank you!!

I had expected better value at this price point. Fix the fruit/flies issue at the breakfast buffet and stop closing the buffet while visitors are still eating. (10:00 am - 10:30am). Repair the worn out windows when paying for Tivoli view and install better supporting mattresses.

Well located Hotel, near the Station, Tivoli and central Copenhagen. A classic design outside but pretty dull inside. The only windows in the hotel block are in the rooms, no views from corridors, so our 6th floor room had a pretty restricted view over another roof which was disappointing. The room has a tiny wardrobe, no shelving and one usable drawer, which for 2 people for 4 nights, was inadequate. There is a low hanging lamp above the settee which is a real hazard when standing. All in all the design seems to be at the cost of usability. Clean and comfortable though, excellent bed and bathroom was fine. Breakfast was ok but as a vegan very very limited. 5 star hotels really should offer more these days.
