Construction taking place late at night, very noisy and hard to sleep, can not recommend staying here . Flagged to reception but no action taking noise continues and can not sleep . Shame as location and area of hotel is wonderful but not being able to sleep due to heavy construction unfortunately ruins the experience.
Just came back from my work/leisure trip to Copenhagen and had a wonderful time at STAY. My partner and I only stayed in the apartment for 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer! The room was in great condition - modern, spacious and very clean. Loved that we could control the temperature in the room - made such a difference. The amenities provided worked impeccably and it was great to have a grocery store next door so we could prepare meals in our kitchen too. The area is really nice as well. Trendy, yet calm and only a 10-15 minute walk to Kødbyen (obviously quicker on bikes, which you can rent at STAY). The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived a few hours early for check in and they were kind enough to give us early access to our room. If we…
Looks can be deceiving indeed. Was actually VERY excited to stay here and chose this over a few airbnbs. Boy was I WRONG. This place has a nice feel and overall vibe. But once you actually "stay" its pretty terrible. The front desk people are super inconsistent. The first one that welcomed us was great, A+ gal. The one's that run the night shift were lousy and didn't really seem to care. Upon entering the room, you get this huge stench of must like someones BO or something. Gross. Ok so the room looks great right? Wrong. Overall its clean-ish but when you settle in you notice the nastiness and weirdness of the room. To start the couch/rug was filthy. The TV was placed super awkwardly and you couldn't easily move it. Kitchen utensils, french press, kettle, etc. all dirty. Like…
We booked STAY Copenhagen as we were keen to stay in an apartment style accommodation as was staying for 3 nights. Had the choice in between Airbnb (but didn't find anything truly exciting within our budget) and whatever was available on booking.com ... When we discovered STAY, we booked the LOFT style apartment and it was perfect and very comfortable. 90 m2 in one same and open space tastefully designed from one side of the building to the other. While it was 30/40 minutes walk to the CBD, we didn't find it such an inconvenience as the walk on the waterfront is very pleasant.
Stayed at Stay for almost three weeks. Had a loft which was really large and had all facilities you could want. Full kitchen, comfy bed, windows on both sides, sports facilities, bakery just under the apartment, supermarket at the corner. Just need a bike to move around town and you’re settled. Great place to stay!
