Behind the iconic pillar entrance of Tivoli Gardens, a magic universe of high culture and amusements is hidden. You know, a universe that can make everybody, both children and adults, fascinated and enthusiastic. And a universe that delights us, activates our senses, gives us a well-deserved break from the daily routines, and engages us in new ways. Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is inspired by that spectacular and detailed universe since our primary task is to combine business and indulgence with romance and entertainment. We offer everything you could dream of for a complete hotel stay - for both family trips, city breaks and couples getaways. Go for a swim in our large indoor swimming pool, get a sweat on in our fitness center or enjoy a delicious drink in one of our three in-house bars. We also have a playroom for our youngest guests to run off to, while mom and dad are enjoying their dinner at our restaurant, Tivoli Brasserie. If you spend the night in an Executive Room or a higher upgrade, you have free access to our Executive Lounge and Executive Breakfast restaurant. And if you stay in one of the suite categories, you can even relax and enjoy indulgent moments in our Penthouse Pool & Relax on the 12th floor. At Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, we work hard everyday to give our guests the best service experience possible - and it seems that the work is valued since we won the title as the best hotel in Copenhagen in 2019. Welcome!

This is not a 4 star hotel. Our room was dirty, as in literally a thick layer of dust everywhere. when complained about we were told the room would be deep cleaned when we left at 10am for the day - when we returned at 5:30pm not a single thing had been done. nobody had been to clean the room at all (we also hung the sign on the door to clean it). The mini bar was completely empty. not even a bottle of water was available. when we arrived at 10pm Friday evening and called reception to get a drink we were told room service was closed. Considering a cost of 750 euros for 3 nights I would have expected we would at the very least not have to go shopping in a super market to fill up our mini bar ourselves. we were told the bar was empty due to COVID - not sure how you can catch the virus from an unopened bottle in a minibar. The room also lacked simple items. There was a pad of paper but no pen. No complimentary bathrobes or slippers even though the hotel has a spa. Apparently only executive rooms are allowed these and all other rooms can rent them for 95kr per set. The explanation we were given was that the hotel didn’t want guests to be walking around the hotel in robes as there are often conferences held there. Obviously this reason is null as long as you pay enough money… I paid for breakfast to be included.the first morning I went I had 45 minutes before I needed to leave the hotel. when I arrived there as a queue of at least 40/50 people. obviously there was not enough time for me. I managed to get a reimbursement of 20% of my bill when I went to complain. for the 3rd time. I hate complaining. it ruins my experience of being in holiday but this time it was absolutely necessary. I found it very frustrating that I had to complain multiple times for anything to be done. I will never stay here again and I have made sure to tell all my family and friends in Denmark to not waste their money here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our experience was already made at check-in, they were super helpfull with our luggage as my boyfriend wasn't able to lift anything after an injury. We got an upgrade to a very nice room and breakfast was just perfect. Especially downstairs. Up at the 2nd floor it was a little busy and understaffed. Also very convenient that a hop-on-hop-off bus stops right in front of the hotel for some first day exploration. And on top off all that we found it very affordable for the experience we got. Already recommended this place to a friend!

Found the staff to be helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and something for everyone, and the room was comfortable with tea, coffee and own kettle. There was also an ironing board in the room. Has good conference facilities and a nice view from the rooftop bar.

Too much damages in both rooms we stayed in. Very friendly staff but it's not worth that much money we paid for it. Close to the city and to Tivoli Gardens. Rather noisy hotel. No baggage service on arrival and leaving.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from anywhere you want to be, really. Stayed here with some friends, and the AC was definitely not able to handle three blokes sleeping in the same room. Zero oxygen and so warm we could barely sleep. The bed was also surpirsingly hard. The breakfast was nice and the personnel friendly.
