Neighborhood
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.

The hotel is located near the central station, walking distance is like 15 minutos or less. The room is small but it has the essencials, the bed is comfortable and the toilet clean good for 1 person. The breakfast buffet kind of poor, too basic for what they charge . The

Room super small with double bed and super small bathroom (shower&toilet). No wardrobe, only couple of hangers. Don’t take a room on a first floor, because you will get quite much noise from the lobby and breakfast area. Got a connecting room (don’t know how it is called

I stayed here for two nights. The room and bathroom was not cleaned at all during my stay there. I reported this to the reception and to the executive manager verbally as well as in writing. The worse part was that he was least bothered and instead of an apologising for the

Dear Escape288821, Thank you for this review regarding your stay in November 2018. Turndown service is the norm for cleaning hotel rooms for staying guests. We offer new towels if the used towels are placed on the floor as well as vacuuming the room. Rooms that are placed with a no disturbance sign does not receive turndown service. Bed linen is only changed every 4 days for staying guests. Our housekeeping department´s only interest is cleaning rooms - if we ignored that part we would probably be out of business. Once again, thank you for this review.

When you book a room with a baby cot, this is what you expect to get. Instead we got to pay 14 Euro extra for the cot, had to pick it up in the basement ourselves and assemble it only to find out it was broken. The staff then brought another one but they couldn’t get it to work

Dear Mortenpaatur, thank you for this review. I am afraid you consider this as a "blabla" reply as you mentioned in your review. We have used your experience to go through all our baby cuts functionality. We have also take time to demonstrate the assemblance for all our young staff members. It is not our interest to rent our baby cut with limited functionality, which also justified the refund you received for the baby cut. Once again, thank you for this review. Looking forward to welcome you again, Lars Grambo General Manager
