We booked a studio apartment and stayed in room 239. Room was very big with kitchenette and a good size comfortable double bed. Loads of wardrobe space and a sofa. Also a table and chairs for dining. 2 ring hob, kettle and microwave in kitchenette with plenty of utensils and plates etc. Bathroom was small but well equipped and shower was excellent. Everything was spotless and room was away from lifts and good windows meant a quiet nights sleep. Staff were efficient and very friendly Hotel is located between 2 metro stops but Amager Strand is probably closest. 5 min walk. This metro is 10 minutes to airport and connects you to all of Copenhagen in 20mins max journey. Lidl is 5 minute walk with shops and some restaurants nearby Perfect location to visit Copenhagen and would definitely return. Also was very good value.

Simple and spartanious decorated Hotel. This is my second time staying here, and the impression is the same. The bathrooms are very small and everything gets wet when you shower, and there are no closets for clothes. Except from that, it have what jo need, and the place is good enough for two persons. The food is simple. Plus for bike rent and short distance to the trains station. Good value for the money if you dont need it fancy.

There are some positive and many negative features. The good: front desk staff were very nice and helpful; the rate is quite reasonable; the room was reasonably quiet; the hotel is very convenient to the metro either to downtown or the airport; it's not far from the sea and several restaurants and grocery stores. The bad: very limited space -- no closet, just some wall pegs and bins under the bed that are too small for any luggage; very little room to get to and from one side of the bed; tiny bathroom sink with almost no room to place anything next to the sink; although there's a shower curtain, the water goes all over the bathroom -- I turned the water off to soap myself then turned it on for a quick rinse, but still the floor still needed a squeegee to push all the water on the floor into the drain; the coffee maker was corroded and nasty; the linoleum floor in the room was old and scuffed up. The ugly: I chased after and killed two silverfish insects (only saw them one day). It's tolerable for a short stay given the convenient location, but in the future I think I would chose a much more comfortable hotel either downtown or near the airport metro.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is a great location, the staff was very friendly, and it has a lovely rooftop. The rooms, however, are extremely small and spartan. I've stayed in some wonderful tiny rooms in NYC and in Tokyo that were marvels of design and fun to be in, but this isn't the case here. The room is like a dorm room, without the amenities. There is no dresser, no closet, and just a few sad wire hangers to hang a few items. The sink in the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen and in the 6 nights we were there I never did figure out how to wash my face without splashing water all over the floor. There is nowhere to put any personal items near the shower or the sink; kind of like they're not even trying. I know that our room was among the smallest - even within the same price range - but I think the bathrooms were the same in all rooms. Overall it's a fine place to stay, but people should know ahead of time what they're getting. This is not a cozy, comfortable room to return to at the end of the day. But again, there are many good reasons to stay there.

I basically only used my room for sleeping and taking a bath. If I was to spend more time at the hotel I would definitely upgrade to a larger room. Very friendly and helpful staff, and thank you Satchin for helping me out. It was great talking with you.
