According to the Aa prices, this might be one of the cheapest hostels but I only can recommend it for emergency - or for newcomer university students who didn't planned their accommodation properly. The overall experience with Danhostel in Denmark is very good. This Danhostel however is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are dark, dirty and worn out. Location is a short 5min drive from the city center. Staff are average. Did not try the guest kitchen. After staying at about 15 Danhostels in Denmark, this is by far the worst.
