Hotel is in a good location near the train station shops and attractions. The private bath is nice. Room was very small. We booked 2 single beds but one of the beds was more like 1/2 a twin bed like a toddler bed very narrow. On the normal bed the bottom sheet was a too small flat sheet and wouldn't... More

As far as budget hotels go this one is fine. Easy walk from central station and located within easy walking distance from everything in Odense. Rooms are very small and basic, shower, handbasin and toilet. But also clean. Beds are comfortable but pillows a bit too soft for my liking. Our room had a pretty bad smell from the shower... More

You will arrive in 2100. The reception is a screen. The "cyber" receptionist was very nice and will give you your card. We liked our room, clean and functional. You can eat or drink coffee on the ground floor. The town is wonderful. We will come back.

Entering this hotel was a new experience for me. It's a non-staff hotel. After ringing the front door his door opens instantly and you after entering find yourself in front of a terminal. Pushing a button again starts up a online conversation with a guy somewhere else. The machine delivers the room-key, a ticket with Wifi code and has a... More

Hard to know where to start. Ydes is part of the Domir Hotel - just up the road, but it feels and operates like a 'Cinderella' who missed the ball. Your experience begins with a greeting via the television screen near the door. The person speaking to you is always friendly and courteous but you feel detached from reality as... More

When you arrive at Ydes Hotel in the charming city of Odense, the location seems like a real bonus. However, when you arrive at the kiosk to register... right, kiosk. A video screen with a front desk person, who sits next door (somewhere) greets you! Not exactly personal or warm. Your room cards come out of the machine too. Our... More

The hotel is supposed to be quiet and non smoking, but the people in two rooms next to ours smoke, and we have to smell it. A man in underwear walks in the hall between rooms. When we complained, nothing was done other than " if you don't like it we will refund you and you can look for a... More

I thought it was way overpriced.. for our tiny atic room. - I did not like the "REMOTE RECEPTIONIST" - Our son had a broken leg & it was near impossible to get him up the stairs to the room... & no one on location to talk to. The room was basic.. but smelled of smoke.. bathroom GROSS... my kids... More

This is one of those hotels where the receptionist attends you... from a sister hotel! And they do it thanks to a camera, a screen and a microphone. There is then a machine that delivers the room key (a magnetic card) and another machine to insert your credit card in case the room was not paid in advance. The receptionist... More

I stayed here for just 2 nights, when we had no bookings in any hotel. The Hotel manager is an extremely calm person, gave us accommodation and guided us in all the possible ways. We reached this place in the late night hours, but the staff welcomed us with a smiling face. Rooms were not so big, but looked well... More
