My collegue book this hotel at Odense because it is near to center of Odense. I can reach center within 10 min and it is quite near to Andersen house also. It is near to many resaurants of center also. Room is not so big, but it is good to stay one night. Breakfast is ok in quality and variety.

Nice, clean and quit room - with excellent network access. I combined a leisure stay with work, the location was perfect. Free car parking in a locked backyard. Close to the historic center of Odense, with the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen. I may very well choose this at a next Odense visit.

Good wifi speed; good breakfast; comfortable salon and free coffee from the coffee machine (very useful since the prices in cafes are rather high; basic rooms, lack the closets and this is the main drawback

I stayed First Hotel Grand on my last trip to Odense. This hotel is conveniently located on one of the busiest streets in Odense. The outside of the hotel is a little misleading as the inside is updated. The breakfast is about what you would get at a Holiday Inn Express in the states and not near as good as... More

A ten minute walk from the rail station with our luggage found us at this clean, friendly, basic hotel. Basic rooms but very nicely done and pleasant décor throughout the whole hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable and also have nice bathrooms. Tea and coffee always available from downstairs coffee machine at the breakfast room.. Breakfast was nice if... More

Opted for the apartment because of the kids but didn't realise it was further into the city and therefore very noisy at night, especially when the band started up in the restaurant below at 11pm for 2 hours. Not great when you have young kids and a very long drive the following day. Would have found elsewhere if we had... More

Our first room was one of the apartments - it was on the top floor and there was no elevator. The apartment itself was beautiful - light, airy, with a great view of the street. This was also a drawback as you can hear some of the street noise - it was on the main street of the tourist area... More

If you're looking for cheap accommodation close to the city centre then go elsewhere. My wife and I are in the Best Western because we saw our tiny scruffy room with its 2.6 inch beds pushed together and appalling shower room and promptly left even though we'd paid for 2 nights and were refused any discounts. Please don't stay here... More

I was considering another hotel when this one was drawn to my attention as being as central as well as having the amenities I was giving priority: Clean and quiet; a place to sleep and shower and have a breakfast. I rest content with the choice. The breakfast buffet was quite basic, but good enough to start the day. Central... More

The receptionists were so impolite, rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The hotel rooms are so noisy and no air conditioner. The complimentary breakfast is very simple, but ok. In total Never again!!
